Glove, and method for producing the same
The glove of the present invention includes: a glove body made from fibers; a first coating layer being applied at least on a palm side region of the external surface of the glove body, and containing a plurality of pores; and a second coating layer being laminated at least on a part of the external surface of the first coating layer, and being constituted with a plurality of particles and a binder thereof. The second coating layer has particle-clustering regions that are scattering. In the glove, the pores preferably include interconnected cells. Also, in the glove, regions other than the particle-clustering regions of the second coating layer preferably have moisture permeability, and a percentage of the total area of the particle-clustering region with respect to the area of the second coating layer is preferably no less than 20% and no greater than 90%.
Breathable coated and perforated gloves
A protective glove including a knit fabric hand shell having a cuff portion and a hand portion that includes a back side opposite a palm side for covering opposing sides of a user's hand. A polymeric coating covers the palm side of the hand portion and has a thickness that gradually diminishes from the palm side to the back side of the hand portion. The back side of the hand portion has an area that is free of the polymeric coating to provide ventilation to the user's hand through the knit fabric hand shell. A plurality of perforations is uniformly dispersed over the palm side of the hand portion. The perforations have a diameter less than 0.2 mm and extend though the polymeric coating to provide ventilation to the user's hand and to increase a coefficient of friction for an exterior surface of the polymeric coating.
Ergonomic work gloves
Disclosed is a glove that alleviates the biasing force associated with opening or closing the hand and fingers. In some aspects the glove may be formed of a plurality of materials in which one material provides protection for the hand and another enables the hand to flex to the open and closed position.
TEXTILES HAVING A MICROSTRUCTURED SURFACE AND GARMENTS COMPRISING THE SAME
The present invention relates to textile articles and clothing such as outdoor garments, indoor garments, and commercial protective wear exposed to contact mixtures of water and oil, swimwear and winter wear exposed to mixtures of water and air. At least part of these textile articles possess a surface provided with at least one of 1) a high surface area, 2) hierarchical pattern, 3) contact angles such that hydrophilic portion of a contact mixture possesses a high contact angle and the hydrophobic portion of a contact mixture possesses a low contact angle, and 4) hysteresis angle greater than 5 degrees. Hydrophobic/Hydrophilic contact mixtures of the present invention can be surfaces where water and or ice are present in combination with oil and or air. The textile articles of the present invention resist slippage on surfaces possessing hydrophobic/hydrophilic contact mixtures.
Method for making gloves
An embodiment is disclosed of a method of making gloves, more particularly polyvinyl chloride (PVC) coated gloves. The method comprises providing a liner, and coating at least a part of the liner with a PVC paste to form a coating having an outer layer, applying particles of a soluble solid to the outer layer of the coating and curing the outer layer. Preferably, the method further comprises gelling the outer layer after applying the particles and contacting the gelled outer layer with a solvent before curing. Preferably, the soluble solid comprises a solid acid.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SPORTS PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT, AND SPORT PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURED BY THE SAME
Disclosed are a method of manufacturing sport protective equipment and sport protective equipment manufactured by the method. A thin casing is manufactured by a thin sheet material in a vacuum forming process; protrusions are formed apart from one another on a surface of the thin casing; a containing space is formed on an inner side of each protrusion for filling a filler; and a substrate is provided to seal the bottom of the thin casing, so that the filler in each of the containing spaces will not fall out, so as to improve the manufacturing efficiency and the product quality. The sport protective equipment manufactured by this method does not require any sewing manufacture or increase thickness, so that the flexibility of wearing and using is improved, and the thin casing and the filler are provided for absorbing shocks to improve the protective effect.
Hand-worn article with an anti-slip surface
Provided is a finger sleeve for enhancing a grip on objects to be held by a hand. The finger sleeve includes a band of a flexible material forming a cylindrical passage through which a finger of the hand is to extend. A strap is coupled to the band, and is adjustable between an open state in which the finger sleeve is to be placed onto the finger and a closed state in which the strap interferes with removal of the finger sleeve from the finger. An anti-slip surface is provided to a palm-side of the band, and includes a grip enhancing material that improves a grip on the objects to be held in the hand while wearing the finger sleeve relative to the grip on the objects to be held in the hand without the finger sleeve.
Sport Gloves
According to the various features characteristics and embodiments of the present invention which will become apparent as the description thereof proceeds, the present invention provides partially fingered gloves intended to increase the overall performance in sports activities including but limited to football and golf. Primarily because of its unique finger configurations, and/or grip enhancers, and/or hand protective properties, the present invention makes a glove more operable in various sports activities.
PakMit
The invention facilitates and expedites the process of packing of goods, furniture, and taping of boxes during the extremely stressful moving process. More particularly, the invention allows the user to easily grab and separate packing paper as well as cut packing tape, thus saving time, money and mental stress.
