Woolar (Wool & Mylar Blended Textile)
The present invention provides a heat reflective clothing to keep the body of a person warm in cold climate. The heat reflective clothing comprises Mylar and wool, wherein the Mylar has a reflective surface. The clothing provides excellent thermal insulation and moisture wicking properties and could be adapted into a jacket, gloves, footwear, apparel, hat and other clothing accessories.
FLUID MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
A fluid management system includes a sleeve member having a first end, a second end, an interior surface, and an exterior surface. The first end of the sleeve member is proximate a distal end of the gown sleeve and the second end extends inside of the distal end of the gown sleeve. A portion of the exterior surface of the sleeve member proximate the second end is in contact with a portion of an interior surface of the gown sleeve. There is a cuff member having a first end, a second end, an interior surface, and an exterior surface. The interior surface faces and is moveable with respect to portions of the exterior surface of the sleeve member/gown sleeve to enable the insertion of a cuff ring of the protective glove between interior surface of the cuff member and the exterior surface of one of the sleeve member/gown sleeve.

A protective hood for a garment is provided. The hood can have a multi-layered sidewall that has an inner fabric layer and an outer fabric layer that cooperate to define a first pocket. A padding layer is positioned within the pocket.
FOAM NODES FOR CREATING STAND OFF ON APPAREL ITEMS
Aspects herein relate to apparel items and apparel systems that utilize applied or printed foam nodes to provide, among other things, stand-off between an apparel item and a wearer's skin surface. One or more of the foam nodes, or areas of the textile surrounding the foam nodes, may be perforated to provide a fluid communication path between an inner-facing surface and an outer-facing surface of the apparel item. The communication path may be used to facilitate air exchange between the external environment and the wearer's body and/or to provide an exit path for moisture vapor generated by the wearer.
GLOVE WITH IMPROVED INDEX FINGER PRECISION MADE FROM REINFORCED MULTILAYER MATERIAL
A glove made from a reinforced multilayer material can prevent cuts and/or abrasions. The glove can include and exterior layer and at least one interior layer, the interior layer consisting of an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene filaments. While the interior layer can entirely cover a hand of a wearer of the glove, the exterior layer does not cover the index finger of the wearer, such that the wearer's dexterity, precision, and sensitivity in their index finger are improved.
GARMENT WITH SECURED POCKET
Embodiments described herein relate generally to athletic or leisure apparel, such as running shorts or pants. In some embodiments, a garment includes an outer shell coupled to a band and an inner shell disposed within the outer shell and coupled to the band. The outer shell includes a first material having a first surface area, and the inner shell includes a second material having a second surface area that is less than the first surface area. A pocket is coupled to, and extends from, an inner surface of the outer shell. A coupling mechanism secures the pocket to the inner shell. In some embodiments, the coupling mechanism is a second pocket comprising the second material and coupled to the inner shell. In some embodiments, the coupling mechanism includes a stitch or a tether.
Garment for reducing hot flushes or relieving associated symptoms
A wearable device, such as a garment or containing garment portions, for managing and/or reducing the symptoms of a hot flash in a subject. The device comprises: a first set of components, each comprising a fabric comprising a cooling yarn; a second set of components, each comprising a quick-dry wicking fabric; and a third set of components, each comprising a phase change material fabric, wherein the first set of components are adapted to cover at least a neckline region and a peripheral region that extends adjacently around the armpit and the clavicle of the subject; the second set of components are adapted to cover at least the abdominal muscles and the lumbar regions of the subject; and the third set of components are adapted to cover at least the mammary and the dorsum regions of the subject.
Absorbent pad for a garment
The present disclosure generally relates to an absorbent pad for use in a garment. The absorbent pad includes: a liquid impermeable barrier layer; a functional layer attached to the barrier layer, the functional layer comprising a liquid absorbent component; a liquid impermeable peripheral sealing element bonded to peripheries of the functional layer and barrier layer; and a peripheral attaching element having a first portion and a second portion, the first portion bonded to the peripheral sealing element. The second portion of the peripheral attaching element is detached from the peripheral sealing element and is arranged to be attached to a fabric body of the garment, thereby attaching the absorbent pad to the garment.

A waistband for a garment includes a bandroll having an absorption layer and a wicking layer. The wicking layer controls stretch properties of the absorption layer. The waistband comprises a second material and wherein a shrinkage of a material substrate of the bandroll substantially matches a shrinkage of the second material.
