A hair extension apparatus includes: a first base member comprising a first front edge, a first rear edge, a first side edge, a first top surface and a first bottom surface; a second base member comprising a second front edge, a second rear edge, a second side edge, a second top surface and a second bottom surface, wherein the second base member is coupled to the first base member; a first artificial hair section comprising artificial hair, wherein the first artificial hair section is coupled to the first top surface of the first base member; and a second artificial hair section comprising artificial hair, wherein the second artificial hair section is coupled to the second top surface of the second base member.

A method of attaching hair extensions to hair on a user's head includes attached a first plurality of wefts to hair in an upper section on a first horizontal side of a user's head. A second plurality of wefts is attached to hair in the upper section on a second side horizontal side of the user's head. A third plurality of wefts is attached to hair in the lower section on both the first side and the second side of the user's head. The wefts are of varying lengths and include extension hair of varying lengths.

A hair extension comprising plurality of bands having hair wefts secured thereto with micro loops adhered between the plurality of bands for attachment to the wearer's native hair. A first band has a front side and a back side and an extension weft is attached to either the front side or the backside, or both. micro links are attached with adhesive. A second band has a front side and a back side and may also have an extension weft attached to either the front side or the back side or both. Micro links are secure to either the back side of the first band or the back side of the second band, or both. The back sides of the two bands are sandwiched together with the micro links therebetween and with the extension hair exposed either exteriorly or interiorly. Also provided is a micro link wrapped with a material on which extension hair is secured. The wearer's native hair is pulled through an inner annulus of the micro link, thus concealing the micro link from view.

A hair piece of artificial, animal or natural hair or a combination thereof wherein the hair piece is configured to be used as a removable hair piece such as a ponytail or hair extension. The hair piece may include an attachment member for attachment to the ponytail of a user. The hair piece may further include a bendable spine member to allow the user to adjust the configuration of the hair piece. The hair piece may further include an elongate flexible member having a greater rigidity than the hair wherein the elongate member is interwoven in the strands of the hair to allow the user to adjust the configuration of the hair piece. A method of attaching hair extensions includes sectioning, beading, securing, and stitching hair extensions into a client's hair. Sectioning allows a hairdresser to properly place the hair extension, which creates beads that are unseen. The beads may be placed so as to allow a flexible groove to place the wefts. Securing the wefts includes a pattern of stitching that places a stitch at a side, middle, opposite side, and between the beads. This stitching pattern promotes secure wefts as well as prevents damage to scalp and hair.

The present invention relates to a clip-in braid device. The device is comprised of at least one horizontal member, at least one vertical member, at least one device attachment member, at least one horizontal fastener, and at least one vertical fastener. The device allows a plurality of vertical members to be attached to the horizontal member via vertical fasteners. The vertical members are preferably removably attached in order to allow the user to replace damaged vertical members. Further, the horizontal member is attached to the device attachment members via the horizontal fasteners. The device attachment members allow a user to attach the device quickly and conveniently to the user's natural hair.
