Aspects for active alignment for assembling optical imaging systems are described herein. As an example, the aspects may include aligning an optical detector with an optical component. The optical component is configured to alter a direction of one or more light beams emitted from an image displayed by an optical engine. The aspects may further include detecting, by the optical detector, a virtual image generated by the one or more light beams emitted by the optical engine; and adjusting, by a multi-axis controller, an optical path of the one or more light beams based on one or more parameters of the virtual image collected by the optical detector.

Camera module having reflective element and electronic device

A camera module includes a base, a lens module, a reflection module, a longitudinal guiding bar, a transverse guiding bar and a shaft guiding bar. The lens module has an optical axis and is disposed on the base. The reflection module includes a reflective element disposed on the base and located on an object side of the lens module. The longitudinal and transverse guiding bars are disposed between the base and the lens module and respectively extend in a first direction parallel to the optical axis and a second direction perpendicular to the optical axis. The shaft guiding bar is disposed between the base and the reflection module and extends in the second direction. The lens module is movable along the longitudinal and transverse guiding bars, respectively, and the reflective element is rotatable by taking the shaft guiding bar as a rotation axis.

The camera module includes a carrier; a lens holder accommodated in the carrier; an optical image stabilization (OIS) cover coupled to the carrier and disposed on the lens holder; and first buffer members coupled to the OIS cover, wherein a distance between the lens holder and the first buffer member is less than a distance between the lens holder and the OIS cover.

A camera module includes a fixed base, a movable carrier disposed on the fixed base, a guiding element disposed between the fixed base and the movable carrier and providing a degree of freedom of movement of the movable carrier relative to the fixed base, a lens system fixed to the movable carrier, an image sensor configured to receive an optical image signal from the lens system, an auto focus driving device configured to provide a driving force for auto focusing of the lens system, and an image stabilization driving device configured to provide a driving force for image stabilization of the image sensor. The fixed base and the movable carrier each has a guiding structure. The guiding structures correspond to each other and are in contact with the guiding element. Therefore, the movable carrier is movable in a direction parallel to an optical axis of the lens system.

A sensor shifting actuator includes a fixed body; a moving body disposed in the fixed body and including an image sensor having an imaging surface; a supporting substrate disposed in the fixed body and configured to support the moving body so that the moving body is movable with respect to the fixed body in first and second directions parallel to the imaging surface of the image sensor; and a driver configured to move the moving body in either one or both of the first and second directions. The supporting substrate includes a movable portion coupled to the moving body, a fixed portion coupled to the fixed body, and a connection portion disposed between the movable portion and the fixed portion. The movable portion and the connection portion are movable together in the first direction, and the movable portion is movable with respect to the connection portion in the second direction.

A lens drive device comprises: a fixing part disposed away from the movable part; a cover for covering the movable part in the direction of an optical axis; and suspension wires for supporting the movable part relative to the fixing part, one ends of the suspension wires being secured to the fixing part and the other ends being secured to the movable part. The movable part is configured so as to be provided with: a damper material disposed so as to come in contact with the suspension wires; a stopper protrusion provided near a portion of the light-receiving-side surface where the other ends of the suspension wires are secured, the tip end of the stopper protrusion facing the inner surface of the cover in the direction of the optical axis; and a flow-stopper part stopping a flow of the damper flowing.
