Spectacles with customizable frame
A spectacles includes a front element intended to be connected to two lateral temple arms, and at least one personalization element supporting the lenses and configured to be fixed removably on the front element by a complementary retainer. The complementary retainer includes, on the one hand, at least one stub which projects substantially perpendicularly from the rear face of the personalization element and, on the other hand, at least one slot, formed in the front element, the slot being designed to be deformed elastically so as to exert an elastic return force on the stub after introduction thereof into the slot in order to hold the personalization element on the front element.
Mounting plate and optical inspection apparatus
A mounting plate and an optical inspection apparatus are disclosed. The mounting plate includes: a base plate; at least two first bars disposed above the base plate and extending in a first direction; and at least two second bars extending in a second direction. Each second bar being configured to be slidable in the first direction relative to the at least two first bars. The mounting plate may further comprises a third bar extending in the first direction and disposed between two adjacent first bars, the third bar being configured to be slidable in the second direction relative to the at least two second bars.
Articulated assembly
An articulated assembly includes a first piece connected to a second piece by a screwless hinge having a body with a cylindrical axial recess of revolution which opens onto at least one of the axial faces of the body and a cylindrical hub of revolution, with a diameter corresponding to that of the axial recess, fully housed in the axial recess; this hub including a radial cavity opening onto its periphery, and the lateral wall of the body having an opening of predetermined angular extent. The first piece includes an end provided with fixing elements arranged to be fixedly attached to the hinge body, the second piece includes an end provided with coupling elements suitable for being introduced into the radial cavity through the body opening and with retaining elements cooperating, in the in-use position introduced into the axial cavity of the hub, with the cylindrical wall of revolution.
FRAME FOR SPECTACLES
A frame for spectacles includes a frontal framework with lateral lugs for articulation of arms and means of articulation between each lug and the corresponding arm. The articulation means include a flexible member, structurally independent of the lug and the arm, the flexible member being held on the arm and coupled rotatably, the end of each arm, facing the corresponding lug, shaped in such a manner that the arm, in its movement about the hinge pin, is flexibly constrained towards preselected angular positions relative to the frontal framework. The frame also includes a respective distance element interposed between each arm and the corresponding flexible member, and said distance element is mounted on the arm in an adjustable manner in order to impose, at the level of said distance member, a preselected distance between the arm and the flexible member, and to regulate a flexible pre-load exerted on the flexible member.
Mount for spectacles
A spectacle mount is described, comprising a front frame (2) with lateral lugs (4) and respective rods (5), each rod-lug pair comprising a first and a second articulation element (6, 7) and an insert (12) constrained to the first articulation element (6), a recess (17) being defined in the insert (12) and intended to receive, at least partially, a head (11) of the second articulation element (7) during the movement relative to the first articulation element (6), a shoulder surface (22) defined on the insert (12) being able to contact the head (11) during the articulation movement, so that the second articulation element (7) is movable from and towards open and closed positions of the rod on the mount, in a guided and contacted manner between the insert (12) and the first articulation element (6), to achieve a hinge movement between the lug (4) and the rod (5).
METHOD FOR PRODUCING AN OBJECT COMPRISING A RIGID METAL CORE AND A POLYMER-MATERIAL EXTERNAL COATING, AND OBJECT OBTAINED THEREWITH
To ease and improve the production of objects, a method is described for producing an object (60) comprising a structural core (10) and an outer coating of polymeric material (52), comprising the steps of (i) coating with polymeric material (50) a lamina (10), wherein the lamina comprises a surface exhibiting macroscopic discontinuities (32) configured so that the polymeric material grips to them in order to form a multilayered piece; (ii) removing parts from the multilayer piece to obtain a contour corresponding to the object, the contour comprising an edge (B) along which a margin of the lamina remains uncovered by the polymeric material.
Folding eyeglass frames having a bridge assembly
An eyeglass structure includes a bridge, a first frame portion, and a second frame portion. The bridge includes a first lateral bridge column and a second lateral bridge. The first frame portion includes a first leaf spring having a distal portion configured to reach around and rotate about the first lateral bridge column. A first tab configured to engage the bridge to limit rotation of the first frame portion is further included in the first frame portion. Likewise, the second frame portion includes a second leaf spring having a distal portion configured to reach around and rotate about the second lateral bridge column, and a second tab configured to engage the bridge to limit rotation of the second frame portion.
Eyeglasses assembly structure
An eyeglasses assembly structure is revealed. A pivot member which is pivotally connected to a first assembly portion of a frame is inserted and mounted in a switch member. A first rib and a second rib are opposite to each other and disposed on a second assembly portion at a front side of a temple. The first rib is mounted into a first mounting groove at one end of the pivot member. A positioning flange is formed on the second rib and inserted through an opening of the switch member to be mounted in a second mounting groove on the other end of the pivot member. When the switch member is rotated an angle to be staggered or aligned with respect to the positioning flange of the second rib, the temple is firmly fixed to or separated from the frame. Thereby parts are assembled and replaced easily and conveniently.
FRAME FOR SPECTACLES
A frame for spectacles comprises a front mount (2) having respective lateral lugs (4) which are provided for the articulation of respective arms (5) for the purpose of producing the articulated connection of each arm (5) to the front mount (2); each lug (4) comprises a first lug portion (4a) which extends into a second lug portion (4b) which is folded on the first portion in a position facing the first portion, the second portion (4b) comprising a first through-opening (8) which is laterally delimited by a pair of opposing wings (9a, 9b) which are spaced apart from each other, the wings being connected at the free end of the second lug portion (4b) by a cross-member (10), an extension piece (11) which extends from the cross-member (10) inside the opening (8) and in the direction of the first lug portion (4a).
