3-D printed master model
This disclosure concerns a master model for the production of a mold, comprising: (a) a first part, a second part comprising a textured surface; wherein the first part and the second part are connected.
Foam compositions and uses thereof
Components for articles of footwear and athletic equipment are provided including a foam. A variety of foams and foam components and compositions for forming the foams are provided. In some aspects, the foams and components including the foams can have exceptionally high energy return while also having improved durability and softness. In particular, midsoles including the foams are provided for use in an article of footwear. Methods of making the compositions and foams are provided, as well as methods of making an article of footwear including one of the foam components. In some aspects, the foams and foam components can be made by injection molding or injection molding followed by compression molding.
Sole structure for article of footwear
A sole structure includes a heel region, a forefoot region, and a midfoot region disposed between the heel and forefoot regions. The sole structure also includes a first fluid-filled segment disposed within the forefoot region and includes a first portion extending continuously from a medial side of the sole structure to a lateral side of the sole structure. The sole structure also includes a second fluid-filled segment disposed between the heel region and the first fluid-filled segment and includes a first portion extending continuously between the medial side and the lateral side. The sole structure also includes a third fluid-filled segment disposed between the first fluid-filled segment and the second fluid-filled segment and includes a first portion extending along one of the medial side and the lateral side and a second portion extending from the first portion toward the other one of the medial side and the lateral side.
FLUID-FILLED CHAMBER WITH A TENSILE ELEMENT
A fluid-filled chamber, which may be incorporated into articles of footwear and other products, may include an outer barrier and a tensile element. The outer barrier may have a first portion, an opposite second portion, and an interior surface defining an interior void. The tensile element may be secured to the first portion of the outer barrier in a plurality of first bond areas and may be secured to the second portion of the outer barrier in a plurality of second bond areas. Each of the bond areas may be connected to portions of the tensile element spaced from the interior surface.
FOAM COMPOSITIONS AND USES THEREOF

Sole For Footwear
A sole for footwear, including a resilient structural member extending in a direction from toe to heel and having a tread surface, the sole having a plurality of incisions extending transversely to the toe-to-heel direction. The incisions include a first portion extending to a first depth into the sole from the tread surface and a second portion extending to a further depth into the sole from the lower outlet of the first portion. The first portion has a width, measured transversely to the longitudinal extent of the incision, which is smaller than the corresponding width of the second portion. At least the second portion of the incisions is open at the side of the sole.
SOLE STRUCTURE FOR ARTICLE OF FOOTWEAR
An article of footwear is provided and includes an upper having a bottom surface and a first plate attached to the bottom surface of the upper in a forefoot region. The first plate includes a lateral peripheral cleat disposed adjacent to a first outward-most portion of the upper on a lateral side and a medial peripheral cleat disposed adjacent to a second outward-most portion of the upper on a medial side, the medial peripheral cleat being disposed closer to an anterior end of the first plate than the lateral peripheral cleat.
ARTICLE OF FOOTWEAR
A sole structure for an article of footwear includes a cushioning element having a top surface, a bottom surface formed on an opposite side of the cushioning element from the top surface, a ramp surface spaced apart from the bottom surface in a heel region of the cushioning element, a heel pocket extending through the cushioning element from the top surface to the ramp surface, and a plurality of pillars extending from the ramp surface and surrounding the pocket. The sole structure additionally includes a plurality of cushioning particles disposed within the pocket, an outsole attached to the cushioning element and enclosing a first end of the pocket, and an upper barrier layer attached to the top surface of the cushioning element and covering a second end of the pocket.
Sole Structure with Adjustable Flexibility
An improved sole structure for article of footwear is disclosed herein. The sole structure includes a midsole and an outsole coupled to the midsole. The midsole includes a channel extending from the toe end to the heel end of the midsole. The sole structure further includes a housing with a plurality of segments disposed within the channel. A cable is threaded through the plurality of segments of the housing with a first end of the cable being disposed proximate to the toe end of the midsole, and the second end of the cable extends out of the rear end of the midsole. A tensioning mechanism is operatively coupled to the second end of the cable to alter the amount of tension in the cable, and, ultimately, alter the amount of flexibility of the sole structure.
CORED MIDSOLE WITH DIAGONAL GEOMETRY
A sole for an article of footwear includes a cored midsole defining a top surface, a bottom surface, and a perimeter surface extending from the top surface to the bottom surface. The cored midsole defines apertures extending diagonally from the top surface of the cored midsole to the bottom surface of the cored midsole.
