PRE-ROLLED CONE FILLING, PACKING, FINISHING, AND EXTRUDING METHOD AND APPARATUS
A pre-rolled cone filling, packing, finishing, and extruding apparatus and methods adapted for making and extruding cigarettes, such as marijuana cigarettes, onto a catcher and applications thereof are presented. In one embodiment, an apparatus is comprised of a plate with a working surface, a rim portion, a plurality of tapered holes that hold pre-rolled cones, a base attached to the plate, a packing and crimping device with thin rods that fill, pack and crimp pre-rolled cones, and a closing and extruding device with tubes that close and extrude finished cigarettes. A method involves placing pre-rolled cones into the apparatus, pouring the filling material onto the plate and shaking it; inserting the thin rod of the packing and crimping device and moving it to pack and crimp the pre-rolled cone; inserting the tube of the closing and extruding device and closing and extruding the finished cigarettes out onto the catcher.

HOLLOW CONICAL MEMBER WITH FLAVOR CAPSULE
A device for burning smoking material and inhaling the resulting smoke is disclosed. The device can include an truncated conical member formed from a material having an internal elongated cavity extending from an open end to a closed end. The elongated cavity can be configured to receive a smoking material. The smoking accessory can include a filter disposed within the truncated conical member and defining the closed end. The filter can have a recess formed in a surface of the body along a curved face extending from the first end to the second end, the recess extending radially into the body. The smoking accessory can include a capsule containing a flavoring agent disposed within the recess.
Cigarette roller
The present invention relates to a device and method for rolling a paper tube around ground material to form a cigarette. In an embodiment of the present invention, the device comprises an openable chamber configured to receive ground material, the chamber having a first end and a second end; a rolling assembly disposed within the chamber, the rolling assembly receiving paper and forming a paper tube around the ground material, the rolling assembly having a first end and a second; and a first gear assembly at the first chamber end and communicatively connected the first end of the rolling assembly, and a second gear assembly at the second chamber end and communicatively connected to the second end of the rolling assembly, the first and second gear activating the rolling assembly when rotated to roll the paper around the ground material forming a cigarette.
Device and Method for Filling Tubular Sleeves with Cut Vegetal Material
A device for filling tubular sleeves with cut vegetal material includes a hopper; a nozzle; an auger arranged between the hopper and the nozzle such that rotation of the auger results in transportation of contents of the hopper into the nozzle; and a drive means coupler configured to operatively couple the auger to a detachable drive means such that the auger is rotated by the drive means. A method for use of the device is also provided.
FILTERS AND ELONGATED MEMBERS FORMED OF PALM PAPER AND HAVING A FLAVOR CAPSULE
A device for burning smoking material and inhaling the resulting smoke is disclosed. The device can include an truncated conical member formed from a material having an internal elongated cavity extending from an open end to a closed end. The elongated cavity can be configured to receive a smoking material. The smoking accessory can include a filter disposed within the truncated conical member and defining the closed end.
