PRESSURE REGULATORS WITH ADJUSTABLE BOOST BODIES
Pressure regulators with adjustable boost bodies are described herein. An example pressure regulator includes a valve body; a seat in the fluid passageway; an actuator casing coupled to the valve body; and a plug assembly including: a stem; a plug coupled to the stem; a stem guide disposed in the channel of the actuator casing; a boost body on the second side of the stem guide; and a tube extending through the boost body, the tube and the boost body forming a unitary structure to prevent movement of the tube relative to the boost body, the tube having a first end and a second end, the second end disposed in a downstream location relative to the seat, wherein the boost body is rotatable with respect to the stem guide to position the tube in at least one other orientation relative to the actuator casing.
ELECTRONIC VACUUM REGULATOR DEVICE
A vacuum regulator device having a vacuum regulator and a vacuum gauge on a housing line that is configured to be in fluid communication with a patient include an electronic valve that selectively opens and closes the housing line. The vacuum gauge is located between the vacuum regulator and the patient and includes an electronic flow sensor upstream. The electronic flow sensor provides feedback to the vacuum regulator.
Pressure regulator and method of using the same
Disclosed is a pressure regulator, comprising: a first cylindrical chamber; a second cylindrical chamber located concentrically within the first cylindrical chamber and in thermal communication with the first cylindrical chamber; and further comprising at least one of: an internal valve, wherein the internal valve is connected at a first end to the first cylindrical chamber and at a second end to the second cylindrical chamber, wherein the internal valve allows the flow of gas from the second cylindrical chamber to the first cylindrical chamber; and an external gas chamber and an external valve, wherein the external gas chamber is located outside the first cylindrical chamber, wherein the external valve is connected at a first end to the first cylindrical chamber and at a second end to the external gas chamber, wherein the external valve allows the flow of gas from the external gas chamber to the first cylindrical chamber.
PRESSURE REGULATING VALVE WITH PISTON
A pressure regulating valve includes a body having a pressure regulating chamber into which a working liquid flows and an attachment hole fluidly coupling with the pressure regulating chamber, a valve seat assembly fitted in the attachment hole, wherein the valve seat assembly includes a surplus liquid discharge path fluidly coupled with the pressure regulating chamber, a piston configured to open and close an opening of the surplus liquid discharge path in the pressure regulating chamber, a valve seat seal forming a seal between the valve seat assembly and the body in the attachment hole in a liquid-tight manner and a return flow path fluidly coupling an inside of the attachment hole to the surplus liquid discharge path. Wherein the valve seat seal is located between the return flow path and the pressure regulating chamber.
Vacuum valve
A vacuum valve is provided with opening pressure setting means that sets a set value of a fluid pressure in a primary side passage beyond which communication is opened and forcible opening means that forcibly opens communication regardless of the fluid pressure in the primary side passage. The opening pressure setting means includes a spring receiver fixed to a stem, a compression coil spring having a lower end supported by the spring receiver, and an adjustment screw, movable in the axial direction, that presses the upper end of the compression coil spring. The forcible opening means includes a piston inserted onto the stem 5 under the spring receiver so as to be movable upward and downward and piston driving means that moves the piston and the spring receiver upward integrally by moving the piston upward using compressed air.
Pressure-regulating valves
A pressure-regulating valve assembly includes a sleeve body and a spool. The sleeve body has an interior surface and a sense port. The spool has an external surface and is slideably received within the sleeve body such that the external spool surface and the sleeve body interior surface define therebetween a plurality of sleeve body chambers. A first of the sleeve body interior chambers is a deadheaded chamber in fluid communication with the environment external to the sleeve body through the sense port for controlling pressure of fluid traversing the pressure-regulating valve assembly.

A pressure regulating valve includes: a body, including: a process surface; at least one inlet orifice in the process surface; In outlet orifices disposed in the process surface separate from the at least one inlet orifice; a resilient shut-off seal positioned in the process surface, defining a closed perimeter surrounding the at least one inlet orifice and separating the at least one inlet orifice from the plurality of outlet orifices; an inlet port communicating with the at least one inlet orifice; and an outlet port communicating with the plurality of outlet orifices; a reference housing; and a diaphragm constrained between the body and the reference housing, and arranged such that, when a reference pressure is higher than a process pressure the diaphragm is engaged with the outlet orifices, and when the process pressure is higher than the reference pressure, the diaphragm is disengaged from at least one outlet orifice.
Pressure regulator and method for fluid pressure regulation
A gas regulator includes a valve chamber body that houses two valves of the regulator. Valve elements that move to open and close the two valves are received via a same opening into the valve chamber body, which is closed by a plug. The plug can define a first valve seat as well as a piercing element used to pierce a compressed gas cylinder. A retainer can hold a gasket at a valve seat as well as provide a bore or other support for a valve element and valve element spring.
ADJUSTABLE DEADBAND CONTROL SYSTEM
Control systems include various combinations of pressure regulators, pilots, and pressure stabilizers to provide systems with adjustable deadbands for over pressure protection, adjustable deadbands for under pressure protection, adjustable deadbands for both over pressure and under pressure protection, pressure assisted closure for over pressure protection, pressure assisted closure for under pressure protection, pressure assisted closure for both over pressure and under pressure protection, or spring assisted closure for over pressure and under pressure protection.

A cage for a control valve has a circumferential wall having inner and outer surfaces, a plurality of first passages formed through the wall, and a plurality of second passages formed through the wall. The plurality of first passages each include an upper portion and a lower portion that is tapered in a direction away from the upper portion. The plurality of second passages are positioned between adjacent lower portions of first passages.
