WASTE FLUID STORAGE CONTROL DEVICE
20230027857 · 2023-01-26 ·

A pump communicates with a waste fluid storage container and generates a negative pressure to draw waste fluids into the waste fluid storage container. A sensor measures a negative pressure. A driving unit performs driving control upon the pump. A computation unit detects, for example, the amount of air leak from the change in negative pressure. The driving unit performs driving control using an ON period Ton in which the pump operates and an OFF period Toff in which the pump stops. The computation unit detects the amount of air leak using the change in negative pressure in the OFF period Toff.

Pre-alarming method, control method and control system for harmful flow pattern in oil and gas pipeline-riser system

A pre-alarming method, a control method, and a control system for a harmful flow pattern in an oil and gas pipeline-riser system are provided. Support vector machines are trained. Through at least three pressure difference signals on the pipeline-riser system, an overall flow pattern in the pipeline-riser system is continuously and rapidly identified. Depending on monitoring on formation of a long liquid slug in a seabed pipeline and a quick response of the mean value of each pressure difference signal on a flow rate change, pre-alarming for a liquid slug caused by different mechanisms is realized, and liquid slug formation positions respectively of seabed pipeline and riser bottom are correspondingly pre-alarmed; after a pre-alarm is issued, there is enough time for a control device to respond, so as to avoid formation of the harmful flow pattern or damages caused by the harmful flow pattern.

FLUID PRESSURE PROPORTIONAL VALVE

A fluid pressure proportional valve includes a valve body, a first core shaft, a second core shaft, and a driving motor. The valve body has a first orifice, a second orifice, a third orifice, and a receiving space having a valve port. The first and second core shafts are located in the receiving space. The first core shaft has a sealing portion, an abutting portion, and a flow channel. Under normal status, the sealing portion seals the valve port, and the second orifice communicates with the third orifice via the flow channel When the driving motor drives the second core shaft to move along an axial direction, the second core shaft could seal the flow channel to block the communication between the second orifice and the third orifice and push the abutting portion of the first core shaft to depart from the valve port and the sealing portion, thereby communicating the first and the second orifices.

Provided is a pressure balancing device, having a mounting seat and a cover, wherein an accommodating cavity is formed between the mounting seat and the cover. The pressure balancing device may also have a partition member, wherein the partition member divides the accommodating cavity into first and second accommodating cavities. The partition member may also include a support portion and an elastic portion, the support portion being disposed on the elastic portion and having a vent hole capable of fluidly communicating the accommodating cavities. The elastic portion is elastically deformable so as to move the support portion relative to the cover. The pressure balancing device may also have a breathable film that is disposed on the support portion and covers the vent hole, and that is movable as the support portion moves.

AUTOMATIC PRESSURE REGULATING VALVE FOR MULTIPLE LEVELS OF DRIVING AUTOMATION OF COMMERCIAL VEHICLE AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF

An automatic pressure regulating valve for multiple levels of driving automation of a commercial vehicle includes an upper valve body, a lower valve body, a piston, a main valve core assembly, a switching valve, a quick-acting intake valve, and a quick-acting exhaust valve. The switching valve, the quick-acting intake valve and the quick-acting exhaust valve are all mounted at an upper end of the upper valve body. The piston is located in a chamber formed by the upper valve body and the lower valve body to divide the chamber into an upper control chamber and a lower chamber. The main valve core assembly is mounted in the lower valve body. The automatic pressure regulating valve is applicable to a commercial vehicle allowing for multiple levels of driving automation.

COUNTER PRESSURE VALVE ARRANGEMENT
20230221737 · 2023-07-13 ·

A counter pressure valve arrangement for controlling a pressure level of a hydraulic fluid in a return line from a hydraulic actuator arrangement. The counter pressure valve arrangement comprises a counter pressure valve having: a moveable valve member; a counter pressure regulating port configured for being connected to the hydraulic actuator arrangement via the return line; a tank port configured for being connected to a tank or low pressure reservoir for storing low pressure hydraulic fluid; and a pump port configured for being connected to a source of pressurised hydraulic fluid. A first position of the valve member effects fluid communication between the pump port and the counter pressure regulating port for supplying pressurised hydraulic fluid to the return line, and a second position of the valve member effects fluid communication between the counter pressure regulating port and the tank port for discharging hydraulic fluid from the return line to the tank.
