A method is provided. The method includes obtaining an enhanced state graph. The enhanced state graph represents a set of objects within an environment and a set of positions of the set of objects. The enhanced state graph includes a set of object nodes, a set of property nodes and a set of goal nodes to represent a set of objectives. The method also includes generating a set of instructions for a set of mechanical systems based on the enhanced state graph. The set of mechanical systems is configured to interact with one or more of the set of objects within the environment. The method further includes operating the set of mechanical systems to achieve the set of objectives based on the set of instructions.

A document analysis device that includes a memory operable to store a machine learning model configured to receive a sentence as an input and to output a classification identifier that is associated with a sentence type for the received sentence. The device further includes an artificial intelligence (AI) processing engine configured to receive a document comprising text, to sentences within the document, and to classify the sentences using the machine learning model. The AI processing engine is further configured to identify tagging rules for the document and to annotate one or more sentences from the document with a sentence type that matches a sentence type that is identified by the tagging rules for the document.

The method may include receiving data associated with an IT service request message, determining a plurality of number values associated with a plurality of characters included in the IT service request message, generating a vector that includes index values, generating a first bitmap based on generating the vector, generating a second bitmap based on the first bitmap, where the second bitmap has a first dimension and a second dimension, and where the first dimension and the second dimension are equal, and determining a classification of the IT service request message using a neural network algorithm. The at least one training dataset comprises data samples, each data sample comprising a text comprising text segments. The text is labelled with a conversation summary comprising any of the text segments which summarize the text. The at least one training dataset includes a dataset from a specific source. Using the at least one training dataset and the pre-trained model, the method further comprises generating the conversation summary model by fine-tuning the pre-trained model. The generated conversation summary model may be used to generate conversation summaries for chat conversations.

Methods and systems for generating and using a conversation summary model. The method comprises receiving at least one training dataset. The at least one training dataset comprises data samples, each data sample comprising a text comprising text segments. An example method involves (i) accessing first data representing text, wherein the text defines at least one position representing a particular type of grammatical break between two portions of the text; (ii) identifying, from among the at least one position, a position that is closest to a target position within the text; (iii) based on the identified position within the text, generating second data that represents a proper subset of the text, wherein the proper subset extends from an initial position within the text to the identified position within the text; and (iv) providing output based on the generated second data.

Various embodiments illustrated herein disclose a method that includes receiving a plurality of images from an image capturing unit. Thereafter, an image evaluation process is executed on each of plurality of sections in each of the plurality of images. The image evaluation process includes performing optical character recognition (OCR) on each of the plurality of sections in each of the plurality of images to generate text corresponding to the plurality of respective sections. Further, the image evaluation process includes querying a linguistic database to identify one or more errors in the generated text. Further, the method includes modifying one or more image characteristics of each of the plurality of images and repeating the execution of the image evaluation process on the modified plurality of images until at least the calculated statistical score is less than a pre-defined statistical score threshold.
