A tool is provided that includes a plurality of links including at least three links movably interconnected to one another to form at least a portion of a wearable accessory, such as a bracelet. The plurality of links are articulatable so as to alternately assume a first configuration in which the plurality of links extend linearly, a second configuration in which the plurality of links are curved about an axis in a first direction and a third configuration in which the plurality of links are curved about the axis in a second direction, opposite the first direction. The plurality of links are configured to permit limited motion in a direction parallel to the axis prior to becoming structurally rigid. At least one link includes at least one tool function. A clasp and a receiver are also provided to facilitate the functionality and versatility of the resulting wearable accessory.

Disclosed is a wearable electronic device that includes a strap detachably fastened to at least a part of a housing and including a plurality of unit links, a button operatively exposed from at least one of the plurality of unit links, a tension rib secured to an end portion of the button in an internal space of the unit link and having opposite ends that have positions that are changed by pressing of the button, and a hinge pin secured to each of the opposite ends of the tension rib, and disposed to at least partially protrude from left and right sides of each of the unit links, wherein the plurality of unit links are fastened to or separated from each other, such that the hinge pins of a unit link, moving by means of the pressing of the button, are inserted into or extracted from pin-receiving recesses formed in an adjacent unit link.

A watch strap and a smart watch includes: a plurality of strap blocks arranged consecutively in one direction; and a plurality of hinge coupling units pivotably coupled to both sides of the plurality of strap blocks to integrally connect the plurality of strap blocks to each other. An all-solid-state battery having electrode terminal units on both sides thereof is embedded in at least one of the plurality of strap blocks. At least one of the plurality of hinge coupling units is electrically connected to one of the electrode terminal units.

A band may include a plurality of interlocking links or link adjustment mechanisms. An interlocking link or link adjustment mechanism may include a rotating member on a first side, and a static member on a second side. The rotating member may rotate as much as approximately 45 degrees with respect to a horizontal axis of a pin in an open/unlocked position. Interlocking links or link adjustment mechanisms may interlock with one another, and the rotating member of a first interlocking link or link adjustment member may rotate to a closed/locked position. In the closed/locked position, a pin of a second interlocking link or link adjustment member may be fully inserted into the pin aperture provided by the rotating member of the first interlocking link or link adjustment member. The pin may include a pin end that may provide a spring-loaded connector that may be secured in the pin aperture.

A band for a wearable electronic device is disclosed. The band comprises a first link body and a second link body, and a pair of joints joining the first link body to the second link body. Each joint comprises a first arm pivotally coupled to the first link body at a first end of the first arm, and a second arm pivotally coupled to the second link body at a first end of the second arm. A second end of the first arm is pivotally coupled to a second end of the second arm.

A band configured to couple a device to a body of a user is disclosed. The band includes a first link comprising a recess defined in a body of the first link, a leaf spring positioned in the recess and comprising a tongue portion protruding from the leaf spring, and a second link coupled to the first link and comprising first and second lip portions extending away from a body of the second link and separated from one another by a gap. The tongue portion is positioned in the gap between the first and second lip portions, and the first and second lip portions engage the leaf spring to retain the second link to the first link.

A connection structure includes: a connection pin that includes a first part and a second part between which a step is formed and that connects a first target and a second target by being inserted in an insertion hole; and a pin locker movable in a moving direction in a recess formed in either the first or second target. The pin locker has a pin engaging part that engages with the step of the connection pin and a pin insertion part. One of the recess and the pin locker has a first abutting part, and another has a first abutted part. The ceramic watch chain includes a central connecting piece having on both sides thereof a pair of through holes, an outer connecting piece located outside the central connecting piece and having on both sides thereof insert holes corresponding to the through holes, with a fastening groove being formed outside each of the insert holes and having a diameter larger than that of the insert hole, a fastening pin passing through the through holes to be inserted into the insert holes, and a fixing member coupled to a lower surface of the fastening groove. The invention has no pin insert hole on the back of the outer connecting piece of the watch chain, thus providing an attractive appearance, and reducing the manufacturing cost of the watch chain.
