Various embodiments disclosed relate to automated docketing of incoming electronic communications and documents. The present disclosure includes methods and systems for identifying omnibus documents containing more than one event, and splitting those omnibus documents into the individual events or documents.

GENERATING ACTIONABLE INSIGHT INTERFACES DERIVED FROM BUSINESS DATA SETS

Systems and methods are described for deriving actionable insight interfaces from received data sets using performance indicators and stored insight templates. A server may tag data columns of the data set, which may be then mapped to a plurality of performance indicator inputs to determine a plurality of performance indicators. A selected insight template may then be retrieved from a template database based on the determined performance indicators matching input requirements of the selected insight template. Each insight template stored within the template database may be stored as a data object that includes a plurality of rules and narrative text that provides a text recommendation based on the rule outputs. After the rules for the selected insight template have been executed, the narrative text and the rule outputs may be transmitted to a display device for display on an insight graphic interface.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR SALES EXECUTION ENVIRONMENT

Systems, methods, and computer-readable storage mediums are provided for facilitating a task in a retail commerce environment. A request to facilitate performance of a commerce-related task is sent. In response to receiving the request, a task flow including an execution sequence for services associated with the commerce-related task is coordinated. The services are invoked in order according to the execution sequence. Rules and events associated with the services are triggered. Information is routed between rules, events, and services to facilitate completion of the commerce-related task. The services are maintained and customizations are administered to the services. A result of the performance of the commerce-related task is rendered.

DATA PROCESSING SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR BUNDLED PRIVACY POLICIES
20230047653 · 2023-02-16 · ·

Data processing systems and methods, according to various embodiments, are adapted for determining an applicable privacy policy based on various criteria associated with a user and the associated product or service. User and product criteria may be obtained automatically and/or based on user input and analyzed by a privacy policy rules engine to determine the applicable policy. Text from the applicable policy can then be presented to the user. A default policy can be used when no particular applicable policy can be identified using by the rules engine. Policies may be ranked or prioritized so that a policy can be selected in the event the rules engine identifies two, conflicting policies based on the criteria.

DYNAMICALLY UPDATING RESOURCE ALLOCATION TOOL
20230049160 · 2023-02-16 · ·

An allocator tool represents work items in project. Work items may have an associated ID, status, cross-reference to child tasks to be complete before a work item may be complete, a child status of what resource the child is assigned, a sequence ID to indicate in which order a resource is going to work on a work items, and an expectation of how long it will take to do each work item. A calendar aspect of the allocator tool may track when work items are to be performed. Calendar entries may employ formulas/logic/AI to determine whether or not on that date for that work item a resource will be working on a task. Calendar gaps (idle time) may be identified and work items rearranged or reassigned to minimize gaps. Artificial Intelligence may perform calendar gap identification and remediation.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MATCHING ELECTRONIC ACTIVITIES WITH RECORD OBJECTS BASED ON ENTITY RELATIONSHIPS

The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for matching electronic activities with record objects based on entity relationships. The method can include accessing a plurality of electronic activities, identifying an electronic activity, identifying a first participant associated with a first entity and a second participant associated with a second entity, determining whether a record object identifier is included in the electronic activity, identifying a first record object of the system of record that includes an instance of the record object identifier, and storing an association between the electronic activity and the first record object. The method can include determining a second record object corresponding to the second entity, identifying, using a matching policy, a third record object linked to the second record object and identifying a third entity, and storing, by the one or more processors, an association between the electronic activity and the third record object.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR TRANSFER OF DISPUTE DATA IN A DISTRIBUTED ELECTRONIC TRADING SYSTEM
20230047339 · 2023-02-16 ·

A system for dispute data transfer in a distributed trading network includes a memory and a dispute manager. The memory stores information about a trading order associated with a client system. The dispute manager communicates a confirmation message to the client system, where the confirmation message provides an option to send a trading order dispute request that disputes processing of the trading order. The dispute manager receives a trading order dispute request generated in response to a selection of the option. The dispute manager obtains a decision that responds to the trading order dispute request and communicates the decision to the client system.

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE SERVICE PROVIDER ASSIGNMENT SYSTEM

Aspects of the disclosure provide a computer-implemented method and system for the assignment of roadside assistance service providers such as tow trucks to distressed vehicles/drivers requiring roadside assistance. The methods and systems may include a roadside assistance service provider system with a collection module, an assignment module, and a feedback module. The collection module collects roadside assistance service provider information and historical statistics from real-world information and stores the information in a database that may then be analyzed using particular rules and formulas. The assignment module assigns particular roadside assistance service providers to particular distressed vehicles/drivers based on one or more characteristics. The feedback module may provide near real-time cues to the tow truck driver's mobile device, such as alerting when the amount of time spent on a task exceeds a predefined threshold, flagging high priority tasks/assignments, providing a step-by-step checklist for the repair.
