A method and system for evaluating performance of operation resources using Artificial Intelligence (AI) is disclosed. In some embodiments, the method includes receiving, each of a plurality of performance parameters associated with a set of operation resources. The method further includes determining a set of features for each of the plurality of performance parameters. The method further includes creating one or more feature vectors corresponding to each of the plurality of performance parameters. The one or more feature vectors are created based on a first pre-trained machine learning model. The method further includes assessing the one or more feature vectors, based on the first pre-trained machine learning model and classifying the set of operation resources into one of a set of performance categories based on the assessing of the one or more feature vectors. The method further includes evaluating performance of at least one of the set of operation resources.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PROPOSAL COMMUNICATION IN A TASK DETERMINATION SYSTEM

Systems and methods for communicating proposals in a task determination system are provided. The task determination system can generate in real-time a set of proposals corresponding to a task. The set of proposals are generated based on a task type and a member profile associated with a member for whom the task is being performed. The task determination system generates a ranking of the set of proposals based on suitability metrics between the task and the set of proposals. Based on the ranking and these suitability metrics, one or more proposals are selected for presentation to the member. The member profile associated with the member can be updated in real-time as the member interacts with the one or more proposals.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PROPOSAL ACCEPTANCE IN A TASK DETERMINATION SYSTEM

Systems and methods for proposal acceptance in a task determination system are provided. The task determination system receives in real-time a set of messages through a communications session associated with a task. The set of messages are processed in real-time to identify a response to a set of proposals for completion of the task. Based on the response, the task determination system generates one or more proposal tasks performable to complete the task. The task determination system performs one or more actions according to the one or more proposal tasks to complete the task. The task determination system updates the member profile in real-time based on these actions, the task, and the response to the set of proposals.

A system, method, and apparatus for implementing workflows across multiple differing systems and devices is provided herein. During operation, a workflow is automatically generated based upon a high probability of overloading resources with a current workflow. In particular, a workstation (or server) detects a high probability that a resource will be overloaded if a particular trigger is implemented. The workstation (or server) then determines an alternate trigger to reduce the chances that a resource will be overloaded. The alternate trigger and action can then be implemented or suggested as a newly-created workflow.

The new signage will be analyzed, and an appropriate trigger and action will be determined based on the new signage. The appropriate trigger and action will then be implemented as a newly-created workflow.

A computer-implemented method, comprises providing, by a platform server configured to hold security assets on behalf of a plurality of user accounts, a plurality of user accounts hosted by the platform server, each of the plurality of user accounts holding shares of a common equity with associated shareholder voting rights. The platform server receives a request to send proxy voting rights, wherein the proxy voting rights indicate a desire of the first user to transfer a shareholder voting instruction to a second user. The platform server determines based on transaction history of one or more user accounts of the plurality of user accounts, one or more recommended proxy users for transferring the proxy voting rights. The platform server transmits to the application executing on the device associated with the first user, a request to select one of the recommended proxy users. Upon receiving a selected proxy user from the first user, the platform server provides the shareholder voting instruction to enable proxy voting by the selected proxy user on behalf of the first user.
