System and method for generating financial assessments based on construction site images

Systems and methods for generating assessments based on construction site images are provided. For example, image data captured from a construction site using at least one image sensor may be obtained. Further, at least one electronic record associated with the construction site may be obtained. The image data and the at least one electronic record may be analyzed to generate at least one assessment related to the construction site. For example, the image data may be analyzed to identify at least one discrepancy between the at least one electronic record and the construction site, and the identified at least one discrepancy may be used in the generation of the at least one assessment.

System and method for worksite project tracking

A method includes receiving target data for a paving project corresponding to a work period. The method also includes receiving sensor data from one or more components associated with the paving project, determining a progress value representing progress of the one or more components of the paving project, and determining a threshold progress value for a time period, the time period having a duration that is less than a duration of a work period. The method further includes determining that the progress value is less than the threshold progress value, generating at least one of an alarm or a recommendation, and sending the alarm or the recommendation to an electronic device.

VARIATIONS MANAGEMENT

Systems and methods are presented by which a contractor can initiate a proposed variation to a project contract and request payments against the proposed variation even before the variation is approved by the other party to the project contract. A data structure representative of proposed variation is generated and maintained as the proposed variation is reviewed, approved, and elevated to become part of the actual budget for the project. Because the same data structure is maintained throughout the process and after the proposed variation is approved, payment requests, payments, and any other actions taken against the data structure before the proposed variation is approved are automatically linked to the actual budget after approval and, thereby, are recognized and processed by external accounting systems as though the variations were created by the other party to the contract.

A system and process for producing a variety of dry mix construction and ancillary construction materials (DMC) with improved structural properties. The system and process employs a material classification unit (204) that classifies at least one of plurality of raw materials (A, B, . . . N) based on their particle size and physical properties. These classified raw materials are stored separately in material handling compartments (260) and are selected according to the construction grade requirements of the end user. The invention further involves the use of a material selection unit (210) which controls the functioning of various components of present invention. The system and process also provides reutilization of industrial waste products like fly ash, blast furnace slag to produce a variety of construction and ancillary construction materials.

Comprehensive utility line database and user interface for excavation sites

A graphical user interface may provide a digital map that includes digital marks for utility lines and excavation boundary. To determine the location information of a ground mark, a computing server may receive an image of a street view of a site and identify one or more ground marks from the image. The computing server may receive geographic information system (GIS) data, which records surveyed location information of benchmarks at the site. The computing server may identify, using an object recognition algorithm, pixels in the image of the street view that correspond to the benchmarks recorded in the GIS data. The computing server may determine, based on relative distances between the pixels that correspond to the benchmarks and the ground marks, location data of the ground marks. The computing server may transmit the location data for display in a digital map that includes digital marks corresponding to the ground marks.
