SURVEYING DATA PROCESSING APPARATUS, SURVEYING DATA PROCESSING METHOD, AND SURVEYING DATA PROCESSING PROGRAM
Versatile and convenient safety management of a construction machine is achieved. Construction machines and workers are photographed by a camera of a surveying apparatus. The images of a construction machine and a worker are identified in the photographic image. The positions of the construction machine and the worker that are identified in the photographic image are measured by the surveying apparatus with the use of laser light. The separation distance between the construction machine and the worker in which the positions are measured is calculated. In the case in which the calculated separation distance is at a threshold or less, a warning is issued to the construction machines and the workers.
Method and system for identifying conflicts in a floor joist to floor joust horizontal interface
The present invention is a method for accessing a model of a building; selecting a set of floor joists, wherein the floor joists are identified by a set of members, the type of members, and the member properties; isolating a plurality of the floor joists, wherein the floor joists interface with another floor joists in a horizontal type interface; selecting members of the floor joists involved in the interface, wherein the interface is identified as a connection between the floor joists; detecting the member type and the interface type; calculating a set of actual values associated with the interface type; comparing the set of actual values with a set of required values and determining the delta of the actual values and the required values; and identifying each interface where the delta is outside a predetermined range.
Phase-Based Access Permissions for Multi-Phase Projects
An example computing system is configured to: (i) apply a first access permission setting that defines whether a party can access a data object associated with a multi-phase construction project during a first phase of the multi-phase construction project; (ii) determine that the multi-phase construction project has transitioned from the first phase to a second phase; and (iii) based at least on the determination that the multi-phase construction project has transitioned from the first phase to the second phase, apply a second access permission setting that defines whether the party can access the data object associated with the multi-phase construction project during the second phase of the multi-phase construction project, where the second access permission setting differs from the first access permission setting.

INTELLIGENT KNOWLEDGE PLATFORM
Apparatuses, methods, program products, and systems are disclosed for an intelligent knowledge platform. An apparatus includes a processor and a memory. The memory stores code executable by the processor to receive data associated with a project, the data describing one or more characteristics of the project; determine, using machine learning rules and algorithms, one or more metadata tags for the data for classifying the data; match the classified data to one or more predetermined knowledge insights for the project based on the metadata tags, the one or more predetermined knowledge insights stored in a knowledge database; and present, on a digital display device, the one or more predetermined knowledge insights.
NAVIGATING BUILDING PLANS
Embodiments of the present disclosure relate generally to modifying and navigating building plans. In particular, one or more embodiments relate to a system that improves the ease and efficiency in which a user, through a client device, may view and use building plans comprised of a plurality of content items. The system may receive a plurality of content items associated with a building plan, combine sets of two or more content items representing a substructure, form locational links between the plurality of content items, and provide a navigational interface for display on a client device associated with a user through which the client device may navigate through the plurality of content items of the building plan. Further, alternate content items may be received and overlayed on corresponding content items. Any differences between the corresponding content items may be highlighted.

Machine Learning Based Construction Methods, Techniques, and Algorithms
Techniques to automate various aspects related to construction projects, including but not limited to, creation of schedules, verification of construction progress, estimation of costs, updating of schedules, creation and estimation of construction status, use of information generated by construction equipment, and the use of granular information to continually update the same. Data analysis can be used to refine the cost per task and calculate a cost to complete for a construction project. The cost to complete can be viewed at any time and it will be made more accurate by having the cost per task refined from historical data. Additionally, a rate of production statistic can be generated to compare workers across tasks and see if the implicit task durations used to today can be refined. A learning algorithm can be created by using reinforced learning to figure out the next best step if a project task is delayed or put on hold. This action can normalize projects in an effort for them to complete as scheduled and priced.

INFORMATION PROCESSING APPARATUS AND INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD
Based on a defective state of a structure, a degree of soundness that indicates how much the structure is sound is determined. Information about a defective state of the structure that provides grounds for this determination is outputted.
