Some embodiments relate to methods, systems, and devices for a provider of government-subsidized connectivity services (such as subsidized broadband connectivity; e.g., high-speed internet access) to automatically monitor the status of its subscribers in the government-subsidized connectivity services program, and to automatically and selectively re-enroll subscribers to receive the government-subsidized connectivity services through the provider in the event that the monitored status indicates that the subscriber is no longer enrolled to receive the government-subsidized connectivity services from the provider, such as if the subscriber has been de-enrolled from the government-subsidized connectivity service program, or if the subscriber has been transferred to a different provider of the government-subsidized connectivity service.

The method may include: constructing a plurality of data features according to user data of a cell to be identified within a set period of time (S110), the data features including cell-level features and sector-level features; selecting, from the plurality of data features, a set number of data features corresponding to a candidate traffic scenario (S120); and inputting the set number of data features into a scenario identification binary classification model corresponding to the candidate traffic scenario to obtain a target traffic scenario of the cell to be identified (S130).

A management server configures a candidate of a moving body group forming a grid for executing grid computing as a grid candidate with reference to resource information and moving body information stored in a memory. The calculation resource information including a temporal change in a calculation capability is estimated for the configured grid candidate with reference to the resource information and the moving body information, and the estimated calculation resource information is stored in the memory together with data specifying a moving body configuring the grid candidate.

The method and system can further include verifying the implementation of the telecommunications related service, tracking the allocation, implementation, or verification of the telecommunications related service, and closing the first service order request.

A method for bill management of a business to business (B2B) customer account including one or more billing accounts, performed by at least one processor, is provided. The method includes receiving information on a plurality of virtual accounts linked to a bank account of a service provider, assigning a billing account, of a customer of the service provider, to a virtual account among the plurality of virtual accounts, receiving a notification of a payment made via the virtual account, identifying the billing account, from among the one or more billing accounts, assigned to the virtual account, and crediting the identified billing account for the payment.

The method includes presenting a first telecommunications related service to a first user, wherein the first telecommunications related service is based on a configuration profile defined by a second user. The method further includes receiving a selection for the first telecommunications related service by the first user, and receiving a purchase order request from the first user with respect to the selected first telecommunications related service. The method may also include receiving input from the first user with respect to customizing or configuring the first telecommunications related service, receiving input from the first user to add the customized or configured first telecommunications related service to the purchase order request, and applying a price modification or reduction to the first telecommunications related service or the purchase order request.
