Authorized smart access to a monitored property
A method includes, receiving a biometric identifier from a visitor to the property, determining an arrival time of the visitor based on receiving the biometric identifier, comparing the arrival time of the visitor to an expected arrival time of an expected visitor, based on comparing the arrival time of the visitor to an expected arrival time, transmitting the biometric identifier and data identifying the expected visitor, receiving, by the monitoring system and from the external server, (i) data indicating that the biometric identifier corresponds to the expected visitor and (ii) data indicating that an electronic device of the expected visitor is located at the property, and based on (i) the data indicating that the biometric identifier corresponds to the expected visitor and (ii) the data indicating that the electronic device of the expected visitor is located at the property, granting, by the monitoring system, the visitor access to the property.

EMPLOYEE MOBILE DEVICE STORAGE APPARATUS AND TIMEKEEPING SYSTEM
A mobile device storage and tracking system includes a mobile device storage unit having a housing and a plurality of storage spaces. Responsive to a user input that is indicative of a particular user, a control positions a respective storage space at a door, whereby the user can store a mobile device at that respective storage space. After the user stores the mobile device at that respective storage space, the door is closed. When that user again provides the user input, the control positions the respective storage space at the door and the user can access the mobile device at that respective storage space. The control monitors and records, for each particular user during a work shift, the amount of time that the particular user's mobile device is at the storage space and the amount of time that the particular user's mobile device has been removed from the storage space.

LOCKER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
A locker management system includes a management server managing delivery status of a product and storage status of the product at a locker base, which is electronically controlled for storing the product, and the management server receives a specification of a locker base for storing the product and a specification of the predetermined period over which the product is stored when the product is ordered from a terminal of customer, manages the predetermined period over which the product delivered from a logistics center is stored in the locker, and performs a check processing for allowing the product stored in the locker to be taken out of the locker if the customer visits the locker base within the predetermined period, or notifies the terminal that the product is now stored at another place in the locker base if the customer does not visit the locker base within the predetermined period.

Tamper evident cargo container seal bolt lock
Systems and methods for a tamper-evident cargo container seal bolt lock are disclosed herein. The device can include a receiving member, a conductive bolt member adapted to be snap-locked into the receiving member, and a plastic encapsulant which tethers the bolt member to the receiving member. The encapsulant can contain an electrically conductive medium, such as a wire, which runs from the receiving member to the second end of the bolt. A sensory circuit disposed within the receiving member can be configured to sense whether the circuit has been interrupted (e.g., if the bolt has been cut). In the event of an interruption, the circuit can record the present time and/or date in memory. An RFID transponder disposed within the encapsulant or the receiving member can then transmit the recorded date/time to an RFID interrogator if a dispute subsequently arises as to when the lock had been broken.

USER IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM
A user identification system includes: a detection unit that detects prescribed motions of a person when the person boards or alights from a vehicle; an acquisition unit that acquires types of boarding information indicating that one of users boards or is on board the vehicle when one of the motions is detected; a memory that stores association information in which identification information of the users is associated with the types of boarding information corresponding to the users; a probability calculating unit configured to calculate a probability that each of the users boards or is on boarded the vehicle based on the types of boarding information and the association information; and an identification unit that identifies a user who boards or is on boarded the vehicle among the users based on the probability calculated by the probability calculating unit.
