Cash delivery application
Systems, methods, and apparatuses described herein relate to a method for delivering cash to a user. The method includes receiving a cash delivery request from a first user device of the user. The method includes generating a cash authentication code (CAC) for the cash delivery request to be verified by a cash dispenser machine. The method may include transmitting the cash delivery request and the CAC to a second user device of a driver. The method may include determining a route for the driver from a first location of the driver, to a second location of a cash dispenser machine, and to a third location of the customer to deliver the cash delivery request. The method may include instructing the cash dispenser machine to dispense cash in response to authenticating the second user device based on the CAC and determining that the first current location is at the second location.
CASH MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, CASHIER DEVICE, AND CASH MANAGEMENT METHOD
A cash management system includes a plurality of cash settlement devices, a cashier device, and a cash management device, wherein the cash management device acquires the inventory number in each cash settlement device, and when a request is made to supply change funds, calculates the total number of banknotes or coins lacking relative to the preset post-replenishment inventory number thereof, wherein the cash management device instructs the cashier device to, when the total number is equal to or less than the inventory number in the cashier device, dispense banknotes or coins, the number of the dispensed banknotes or coins being required to allow the inventory number in the cash settlement device to reach the post-replenishment inventory number, and when the total number exceeds the inventory number in the cashier device, dispense banknotes or coins, the number of the dispensed banknotes or coins being calculated according to a preset calculation formula.
Physical article exchange using a safe
There are disclosed devices, system and methods for automatic exchange of change for cash using a smart safe. The safe has a computing device for receiving a selection from a merchant to exchange cash for change having a total value, and an identification of the denominations of the coins and cash of the change desired. The safe has a secure chamber for receiving cash deposits from the merchant and a sensor for counting the secured cash. The computing device sends an exchange agent the selection from the merchant to exchange the cash with the change, and the identification of the denominations of the change desired. A courier is contacted, retrieves the cash deposited, and exchanges the change for the equal value of cash.

A bill processing device includes: a device main body including a depositing portion; a plurality of storage boxes where each has an outlet port; a dispensing box including a bill output port; an outlet door configured to open and close the outlet port of each of the storage boxes; a plurality of outlet port detectors where each is configured to detect the outlet port being opened by the outlet door; and a controller configured to determine that cash balance is unknown only when at least one of the outlet port detectors detects that the outlet port is opened.

A readily reconfigureable cash dispensing system for providing change, such as coins of different values and bills or currency of different denominations needed by a retail store, grocery store, busy convenience store, or the like. A tray or trays for storing and delivering multiple rolls of coins or bills of a first value, as well as, a tray or trays for storing and delivering stacks of bills are described herein. A bill acceptor may be employed to accept bills used to purchase rolls of coins and stacks of bills, and a system controller can sense restocking and dispensing events to maintain an accurate inventory of cash in the bill acceptor, as well as, the total cash stored in the form of coin rolls or rolls bills, as well as, bill stacks.

A bill processing device includes: a device main body including a depositing portion; a plurality of storage boxes where each has an outlet port; a dispensing box including a bill output port; an outlet door configured to open and close the outlet port of each of the storage boxes; a plurality of outlet port detectors where each is configured to detect the outlet port being opened by the outlet door; and a controller configured to determine that cash balance is unknown only when at least one of the outlet port detectors detects that the outlet port is opened.

A dual-passage auto-search bill acceptor includes an acceptor housing including a lower bill-inlet passage, an upper bill-outlet passage, a bill-presser and a bill-transfer mechanism mounted for transferring a bill through the bill-inlet passage to the bill-presser, a cash box mounted in a rear bottom side of the acceptor housing, and a bill dispenser mounted at a top side of the acceptor housing and including a bill-return passage in communication with the bill-inlet passage and the bill-outlet passage, a storage module with a first bill-receiving wheel, a register module with a second bill-receiving wheel and a control gate biasable to open and close a bill passage between the storage module and the register module for enabling the first bill-receiving wheel to take up bills for storage or the second bill-receiving wheel to take up bills for giving change.

A settlement system includes a register having a reception unit that receives a manual input of information corresponding to at least a part of deposited money from a customer and a transmission unit that transmits a sum amount of money corresponding to the purchased product and manually input information manually input through the reception unit to a cash settlement device and the cash settlement device that calculates an amount of inserted money by recognizing and counting the inserted money, calculates a total amount of the money deposited from the customer by using the amount of the inserted money and the manually input information received from the register, calculates an amount of change based on the total amount of money and the sum amount of money received from the register, and dispenses change money.

An embodiment of a kiosk and currency management system and method enable quick and accurate exchanges of relatively large denomination input currency for relatively small denomination output currency. For example, the systems and methods enable the exchange of input currency having a first value and first denomination for output currency having a second lower value and a second lower denomination. Such exchanges may be quick and accurate, which may be desirable for the customer and the proprietor of the establishment into which a kiosk and currency management system is placed.
