DIGITAL ASSET-BASED INTERACTION WITH AMOUNT INCREASE REQUEST
A method includes, initiating, by one or more of a user computing device and a bi-directional digital asset point of sale (POS) computing device, a digital asset-based interaction. The method further includes obtaining, by the bi-directional digital asset POS computing device, a digital asset-based interaction amount increase request including an increase amount of second user desired assets. The method further includes obtaining, by a digital asset-based interaction computing entity, real-time information and locking an amount of system digital assets to back the digital asset-based interaction. The method further includes providing, by the bi-directional digital asset POS computing device, the increase amount of the second user desired assets to the user computing device. The method further includes providing, by the digital asset-based interaction computing entity, an amount of the assets in a POS desired asset format to the bi-directional digital asset POS computing device.

Automated teller machine (“ATM”) with forensic card reader identification validation
An ATM equipped with forensic card reader identification validation is provided. The ATM may include a real ID card slot. The real ID card slot may accept real ID cards. The ATM may include a call communications module. The call communications module may communicate with a third-party network. Upon insertion of a real ID card at the ATM, the ATM may retrieve security details from the real ID card. The ATM may transmit the security details to the third-party network via the call communications module. The third-party network may verify the security details with one or more databases which are accessible by the third-party network. Upon failure to verify the security details, the third-party network may transmit a failed verification response to the ATM.

CASH PROCESSING APPARATUS
A cash processing apparatus comprises a housing provided with a depositing and dispensing section; a display section; a coin insertion section at a position at one side of a central part in a width direction of the housing and into which the coin is inserted; a coin placing section in the housing and having a coin placing surface for temporarily placing the coin, connecting to the coin insertion section side by side and extend to an opposite side across the central part in the width direction of the housing from the coin insertion section to form a shape elongated in the width direction; and a settlement module, wherein both a distance between the coin insertion section and one side end of the housing which is closest to the coin insertion section and a distance between the coin placing section and the other side end of the housing which is closest to the coin placing section are smaller than a depth distance of the coin placing section.
Cash processing system, cash processing method, portable terminal and cash processing machine
A cash processing system capable of preventing erroneous operations by an operator during cash transfer processing and enabling the cash transfer to be executed efficiently. This system comprises a first cash processing machine for performing an outgoing cash transfer, a second cash processing machine for performing an incoming cash transfer, and a portable terminal. The portable terminal is equipped with a display unit, an operation unit for receiving input of cash transfer information, including cash information, and a communication processing unit. Upon receiving outgoing cash transfer information included in the cash transfer information from the portable terminal, the first cash processing machine pays out cash based on the outgoing cash transfer information. Upon receiving incoming cash transfer information included in the cash transfer information from the portable terminal, the second cash processing machine receives cash based on the incoming cash transfer information.

Reconfiguration of a media recycler
Disclosed herein are systems and methods for re-configuring a recycling unit of a self-service terminal that includes a plurality of cassettes. The systems and methods can include receiving an indication that a first cassette of the plurality of cassettes has reached a storage capacity. A second cassette can be selected from the plurality of cassettes after the first cassette has reached the storage capacity. The second cassette can initially be one of a plurality of recycling cassettes. A parameter associated with the second cassette can be changed to indicate the second cassette is no longer a recycling cassette.

CONTACTLESS OBJECT DISPENSING FROM OBJECT-DISPENSING MACHINES
Contactless dispensing of objects from object-dispensing machines. A digital token is wirelessly communicated to the machine via short-range wireless communication, such as Near Field Communication (NFC) or the like. In response, a push notification is communicated to the user's wireless device, which includes an activatable link for launching a mobile application. In response to launching the mobile application and authenticating the user, the mobile application provides object-dispensing machine-like user interfaces that are configured to allow the user to input object requesting parameters and submit a request for objects to be dispensed from the object-dispensing machine. The request is communicated to the object-dispensing machines (or corresponding backend processing systems) and, once the request is verified, the object-dispensing machine dispenses the requested objects.
