An umbrella support device designed to support a patio umbrella on a decking of a swimming pool. The device includes a cylindrical body which comprises an upper end, a lower end, and bore. The bore extends down from the upper end of the cylindrical body and defines an inner diameter dimensioned to receive a support pole of the patio umbrella.
