Systems to infer identities of persons of interest rapidly and alert first responders

Systems, devices, and technical methods of the present disclosure leverage digital visitor logs from confinement facilities to identify people of interest that may be involved in incidents to which first responders are dispatched. When a phone call is received at phone public safety access point, a first query including a name associated with the call is transmitted to a digital visitor log for a confinement facility. A digital response to the first query identifies a visitee who was visited by a visitor by that name while the visitee was in confinement. The visitee's name is then transmitted in a second query to a digital repository containing release records; a digital response indicates the visitee was released before the call was received. An electronic notification that identifies the visitee is transmitted to a device associated with an agent who is responding to the call.

COMMUNITY-BASED RESPONSE SYSTEM

Systems and methods for providing a health monitoring and emergency response service are provided. Each element in a plurality of data elements is obtained from a health monitoring device connected to a corresponding subject in a plural of subjects. An alert is triggered through analysis of the data element or manually triggered by the subject or a subject's circle of support. The subject or one or more members of the circle of support of the subject verifies or rejects the alert. The alert is sent to a remote monitoring alarm center and emergency responders are dispatched.

HOME OCCUPANCY INFORMATION SYSTEM

A home occupancy status and information system may be used to track information about human and animal occupants within a structure, and provide information to first responders in the event of an emergency. A rescue beacon may be positioned near an entrance to a home, and when an audible alarm or alarm signal is detected by the beacon it will provide visual alerts and/or audible alerts to attract the attention of a first responder, and will provide information on occupants in the home, such as a number of pets, a number of humans, and other information. A rescue device may also be carried by each pet or other occupant in the house, which may be activated by a wireless signal from a rescue beacon, or by a detected alarm audio/signal. When activated, the rescue device will provide audible and/or visual alerts to aid first responders in locating the occupant.

Rapid response system for cardiac arrest

An improved emergency response system includes a set of databases which relates to volunteer responders and patients, which is controlled by a central system computer. The system interacts with patients and volunteer responders through a wireless network to patient and volunteer communicator devices. The emergency response system calculates and provides a compensation to the volunteer responders based upon their on-duty time, proximity to enrolled patients, and optionally based upon their performance during training and cardiac rescue events.

AUGMENTED REALITY OF A BUILDING
20230109790 · 2023-04-13 ·

The present disclosure relates to an augmented reality system including one or more of a building, sensor(s), a gateway, a server, and a monitoring computer. The augmented reality system may further includes drones that capture video or other images of the building. The monitoring computer gathers information from the sensor(s) and/or drones and facilitates the creation of an augmented view of the building to provide intelligence to emergency responders.

LIVE STATUS NOTIFICATION OF RESPONSE PERSONNEL ACTIONS TO BUILDING OWNER/OPERATORS

Devices, systems, and methods for live status notification of central station actions to building owner/operators are described herein. One system includes a building owner/operator communication device, an alarm system at a building having a control panel component and one or more alarm system device components, a central monitoring station configured to execute executable instructions to: receive an event alarm signal from an alarm system component, send a response request signal to a response facility, receive a response request signal reply indicating that response facility personnel will respond to the building, receive event response update data from the response facility personnel via a response personnel communication device, and send the event response update message to the building owner/operator communication device.

EMERGENCY COMMUNICATION SYSTEM WITH CONTEXTUAL SNIPPETS
20220321698 · 2022-10-06 ·

Systems and methods for processing emergency communications are provided. A system may receive an emergency communication initiated by an emergency communicator. The system may detect a data field action in response to an emergency receiver entering a data input based on the emergency communication. The system may capture a timestamp of when the data field action occurred. The system may generate a communication snippet based on the action timestamp and a snippet length. The communication snippet may be configured to provide context from the emergency communication to the data input. The system may transmit the communication snippet and the data input to an emergency responder.
