The scan selector is connected to scan lines of the LED array, and has a first terminal that is configured to receive an input voltage, and a second terminal. The scan selector outputs the input voltage to a selected one of the scan lines, and outputs a clamp voltage provided at the second terminal thereof to the other ones of the scan lines. The capacitor has a first terminal, and a second terminal that is connected to the second terminal of the scan selector.

The image refresh signal is related to refreshing of images on the display.

The pulse width modulation controller is configured to perform pulse width modulation to generate a first output signal and a second output signal. The line latch is configured to hold the first and second output signals, and output the first and second output signals according to the trigger signal to drive the display panel.
