Video editing using mobile terminal and remote computer
A method for video editing using a mobile terminal and a remote computer is disclosed. A user selects a user video to edit using a mobile application of the mobile terminal. The user selects a visual effect and parameters of the visual effect using the mobile application. Subsequently, the mobile application provides a preview of the visual effect superimposed over the user video using a series of still images representing the visual effect. When the user confirms the preview, the mobile terminal generates a request for video editing and sends the request to a server. The request includes identification of the visual effect for combining the visual effect and the user video as confirmed by the preview. Based on the request from the mobile terminal, the server combines a video clip of the visual effect and the user video into a resulting video.

The recording appliance electrically connects to the vehicle audio entertainment device and the VECU. A portion of the recording appliance mounts on the steering wheel. The recording appliance: a) captures audible sounds generated within the vehicle and converts the captured audible sounds into electrical signals; and, b) captures electrical signals generated by the vehicle audio entertainment device. The recording appliance converts the captured electrical signals into one or more audio files for storage.
System and Method for On-Demand Storage of Randomly Selected Data
A data storage system allows a subscriber to store data at the time the subscriber experiences the date with an indication, such as a press of a button or a voice command. The indication causes a request to obtain and store the data to be issued. For example, the subscriber can store music while listening to it, store or request movies while viewing them, or store movie soundtracks while viewing movies. The entire music file can be stored, for example, in a vehicle in which the subscriber is traveling. For some environments, such as storage in a cellular telephone, a portion of the music is stored in a format compatible for that environment, such as cellular telephone ring tone format. When the indication is received, a determination is made as to which music is required, generally by determining the time of the indication. The music heard by the listener is then downloaded for storage in accordance with the subscriber's request. Movies, songs or soundtracks can be stored when they are viewed or heard, for example, while in a movie theater.
