MULTI-COMPONENT VARIABLE CONTROL FRAGRANCE DISPENSING SYSTEM APPARATUS
Apparatus and methods for variable-control fragrance dispensing. The disclosed device brings customization to the fragrance industry. Interchanging sub-containers and selecting the amounts of each sub-container allows a user to customize their scents. A mixing chamber contained to receive and mix a variable amount of each liquid from a plurality of sub-containers is described. The mixed liquid is sprayable out a spray head of the device. Selector knobs may be used to control valves which control the variable amount of each liquid dispensed.
FUNCTION CONTROL FOR AN ELECTROHYDRODYNAMIC ATOMIZER
A method for the function control of an electrohydrodynamic atomizer (20), wherein an electrohydrodynamically atomized fluid (23), originating from the atomizer (20), is applied to a body, e.g. a person, in order to coat this body at least in certain areas, wherein the atomizer (20) comprises a fluid tank for storing the fluid (23) and at least one high voltage source for making available a high voltage and at least one pump unit for transporting the fluid, wherein the fluid (23) is delivered to a nozzle arrangement of the atomizer (20) by means of the pump unit, and wherein the fluid (23) is atomized electrohydrodynamically at the nozzle arrangement by means of the effect of the high voltage from the high voltage source, wherein a voltage and/or a current at the high voltage source is evaluated in order to acquire a working point of the high voltage source via a current/voltage characteristic curve.
COSMETIC CONTAINER HAVING TOUCH MEMBER TO WHICH COSMETIC MATERIAL IS TRANSFERRED BY MEANS OF PRESSURIZED AIR
Disclosed herein is a cosmetic container including: a body part having an empty hollow shape, and provided with a cosmetic material accommodation portion therein; a supply part disposed to pass through the material accommodation portion of the body part, provided in a hollow tube shape, and configured such that an air discharge through hole is formed on one side of a partition disposed inside a hollow tube and a material introduction through hole is formed on the other side of the partition; a pressure member coupled to communicate with the entrance of the supply part at one end of the body part, and configured to inject air into the supply part; and a touch member coupled to communicate with the exit of the supply part at the other end of the body part, and configured such that a cosmetic material introduced through the material introduction through hole is transferred thereto.
Liquid dispenser
A discharge head for a liquid dispenser having a base, an actuation handle, a liquid inlet and a discharge opening. The discharge head has a pump mechanism which conveys liquid from a liquid store to the discharge opening. To control liquid to be discharged and/or inflowing air, the discharge head has a valve with a valve flap which closes a valve channel and transfers to an open position by a positive pressure that exceeds a threshold positive pressure. The discharge head has an effector element bearing on the handle and the base, which deforms when the handle is pressed down. The valve flap is designed and attached to the effector element such that the deformation of same acts on the valve flap so that the threshold positive pressure, beyond which the valve flap leaves its closed position, is at least 10% lower in an actuated end position than in a non-actuated end position.
Assembly comprising an airbrush
Assembly comprising a spray means, preferably an airbrush comprising a pickup chamber subjected to a stream of entrainment air, and a dispenser comprising at least two compartments containing different base products, the compartments being pressurized by way of volumetric dosing devices, and the products being delivered to the spray means preferably via distinct dispensing orifices.
SHEAR-THINNING COSMETIC COMPOSITION
The present invention relates to a shear-thinning or pseudoplastic cosmetic composition. Zeta potentials may be balanced such that a first ratio of the first zeta potential to the second zeta potential may be approximately 1:2. A second ratio of the first zeta potential to the third zeta potential may be approximately 1:2. And, a third ratio of the second zeta potential to the third zeta potential may be approximately 1:1. Balancing zeta potentials may ensure the shear-thinning cosmetic composition can dispense in its original viscous form and as a fine mist through a single device.
Device for dispensing an atomized spray
The disclosure concerns a device for dispensing an atomized spray of a cosmetic composition. The device is capable of individual or commercial use, and provides yaw and pitch actuation of an operational head, along with the atomized spray to deliver the cosmetic composition to the body of a user. Electronics are configured to acquire data from a disposable spray bottle assembly, and approximate remaining volume or spray time according to the data. A linear laser provides guidance to the user for standing in order to receive optimal spray coverage.
APPARATUS AND METHODS FOR MODIFYING KERATINOUS SURFACES
A device for analyzing and treating tonal imperfections on human skin. The device, or apparatus has an applicator comprising a head and one or more nozzles, preferably the nozzles are arranged in an array. The apparatus further has a reservoir comprising a skin treatment composition, a sensor, and a CPU. The sensor takes an image of at least 10 μm.sup.2 of skin. The CPU analyzes the image to calculate a localized L value of individual pixels or group of pixels. The CPU then compares the local L value to a background L value to identify one or more skin deviations, and wherein the sensor is in wireless communication with the CPU, and wherein the CPU is adjacent the sensor or is remotely located. Further, the sensor may be enclosed within an apparatus handle and the CPU is either within the handle or external to the handle. In another embodiment of this invention, there are two or more CPUs and the sensor can be in wireless communication with none, one or more than one CPU.
HAIR TREATMENT METHOD
A hair treatment method, including the step of spraying onto the hair a composition for changing the form of the hair, notably a permanent-waving or curl-reducing composition, using a device, called a low flowrate device, comprising at least two nozzles oriented such that their respective jets collide, these nozzles being supplied with said composition at pressure, the total flowrate of composition delivered by the nozzles being between 0.1 and 3 L/min, preferably between 0.2 and 2 L/min, and even more preferably between 0.3 and 1 L/min.
Topical Medicine Applicator for Scalp
A medicine applicator includes a pressurized canister. The pressurized canister contains a medicine. The pressurized canister includes a nozzle. The nozzle includes a valve. The medicine applicator includes a handle, wherein, in response to a motion of the handle, the valve of the nozzle can be activated to release the medicine from the pressurized canister. The medicine applicator includes a distributor attached to a top portion of the nozzle. The medicine applicator includes a scalp contactor attached to the distributor.
