The measuring device includes a test mandrel having a hollow housing and interacting means, whereby the relative position of the interacting means can be detected to determine characteristics of the inspected hole. The measuring device further includes a bushing which is arranged movable relative to the test mandrel.
MEASUREMENT DEVICE
A measurement device according to one embodiment of the present disclosure is a measurement device that measures a position of an annual part to be measured that is arranged at an opening edge of a hole formed in a member to be measured, and the measurement device includes: a probe that is displaceable in an axial direction; a holder that holds the probe; and a measurement instrument that measures displacement of the probe in the axial direction. The probe includes an inclined portion at an tip end of the probe, the inclined portion being inclined relative to a central axis of the probe at an angle equal to an angle defined between a central axis of the hole in the member to be measured and a horizontal plane in a state in which the member to be measured is mounted on the horizontal plane.
Mask Package Apparatus Integrated with Mask Sizing Ruler
A facemask package integrated with a mask sizing ruler is disclosed. The package stores the masks of various sizes. The mask sizing ruler comprising a first measuring gauge element, a second measuring gauge element and one or more sizes indicated thereon. The sizes in the sizing ruler are determined by categorizing one or more precisely previously measured distance from at least two points on one or more human faces into one or more sizes based on at least one distance on one or more masks of one or more mask sizes. At least one distance on one or more masks of one or more mask sizes is proportional to the maximum vertical distance of the mask in unfolded state. A system and method for determining the sizes indicated on the mask ruler are also disclosed. The sizing ruler precisely indicates the size of the mask that most appropriate to a user as the sizes are categorized from real human face dimensions.
ASSEMBLY, ADAPTER DEVICE, AND METHOD FOR MEASURING THE HEIGHT OF A FLANGE
The present disclosure provides an assembly, adapter device, and method that utilize a standard displacement gauge or the like, well known to those of ordinary skill in the art, to measure the height of a flange, such as a flange formed via bending a planar vehicle component with a given thickness and, thus, including a radius at the bottom interior of the flange. This assembly, adapter device, and method provide consistent measurements across components, operators, education and experience levels, etc. The adapter device is designed to engage the flange being measured in such a way that consistent engagement of the adapter device with the radius, and, thus, consistent engagement of the assembly with the flange, is provided for measurement.

Top dead center gauge set
Improvements in a mechanism that determines top dead center of an internal combustion engine where detecting the top of the stroke can be difficult to determine as the crank is being rotated. The gauge set mounts into a spark plug or fuel injector hole. These holes are usually a tapped hole where the piston position gauge can be threaded into, to provide a stable and concentric mount where the measurement pin passes through the exterior threaded shaft of the mount. A pin extends into the cylinder to determine when the piston is approaching and at the top of the cylinder. The mount is an elongated stalk that allows for additional cam gauges where the cam gauges can be mounted and linearly adjustable on the single stalk. The measurement is with dial indicators so a user can measure three varying engine parts to determine the top-dead-center.
COMBINATION TOOL FOR TENSIONED FASTENERS
An apparatus for tensioning a fastener while measuring displacement of the fastener relative to a female threaded member may include a driver extension having an interior channel aligned along the extension's central cylindrical axis, open to a socket driver at an output end of the driver. The apparatus may further include a measurement probe in the interior channel, coupled to a measurement indicator on an exterior of the extension by a coupling that moves the measurement indicator in proportion to movement of the measurement probe and a measurement gauge coupled to an exterior of the driver extension that gauges displacement of the measurement indicator. A method for using the apparatus includes driving a female threaded member along a threaded rod by the driver extension while holding the measurement probe against an end of a bolt, screw, or other threaded fastener of which the threaded rod forms a part and while reading the measurement gauge.

Digital grip gauge with shaped tip
In an embodiment, an apparatus includes one or more probes, a tip, a pin, and a measurement device. The one or more probes may be configured for insertion through an aperture in a component. The tip may be slidably engaged with the one or more probes and include a first end configured to contact a first surface of the component. The first end of the tip may be conically shaped. The pin may be slidably engaged with the one or more probes and include a first end configured for insertion into the aperture in the component such that the one or more probes are configured to contact a second surface of the component. The pin may be configured to move between a first position and a second position. An axis of the pin may be substantially aligned with an axis of the tip. The measurement device may be coupled to the tip and configured to measure a value indicating a grip length.
Surgical depth instrument having neuromonitoring capabilities
A device configured to provide a faster and more accurate measurement of depths of holes for placement of bone screws and fastener for bone implant fixation procedures. The device includes a combination of a bone probe for physical examination of a hole drilled in a bone and a depth gauge member for determining a depth of the hole and providing digital measurement of the depth via a display on the instrument and/or via a wireless exchange of measurement data to a remote computing device, such as a tablet or smartphone. The device may further be connected to a separate neuromonitoring device and be used for nerve sensing and/or nerve stimulation by way of the bone probe. For example, the bone probe may include a conductive material such that the distal probe tip acts as an extension of the neuromonitoring device and may be used to sense and/or stimulate nerves.
