A finger fitting-type makeup tool includes: a container where an eyelash cosmetic material is received and is open at an upper end thereof; an application unit coupled to the upper end allowing a user to fit their finger thereinto to apply the cosmetic material; and a middle unit for detachably coupling the application unit to the container. The application unit includes: a finger fitting part which provides a fitting space where a user can insert his/her finger from above; an outer tube which surrounds the circumference of the finger fitting part and is open at an upper side thereof; an elastic support part fixed to an inner surface of the finger fitting part; a stick extending downward from one point of the inner space of the outer tube; and a brush arranged on an end portion of the stick to be usable for dipping and applying of the cosmetic material.
TWISTED COSMETIC BRUSH
A cosmetic brush that includes a plurality of polymer bristles that extend from a polymer core in a radial direction, wherein at least a portion of the core is twisted and bristles in the twisted portion are arranged in one or more columns disposed in one or more spiral paths that extend along at least a portion of the longitudinal axis of the core is presented. The polymer bristles have grooves and/or projections on their surfaces for holding cosmetic liquid for the cosmetic brush.
COSMETIC PRODUCT APPLICATOR INCLUDING HELICAL FURROWS AND COSMETIC ITEM INCLUDING SUCH AN APPLICATOR
A cosmetic product applicator including a straight stick extending according to a main axis with a longitudinal direction, the stick including an external surface over which furrows are formed. Over at least one longitudinal portion of the stick, the external surface of the stick includes at least two helical furrows, one of the two furrows having a right-hand pitch and the other one having a left-hand pitch, the furrows meeting several times over the longitudinal portion of the stick, such an applicator having furrows with opposite pitches improving combing and separating of the eyelashes (or other hairs) when applying a cosmetic product. The presence of furrows having opposite pitches allows for an efficient use of the applicator both with the right hand and with the left hand, with an identical or similar make-up quality. The applicator is well-suited to be used in a mascara pen type mascara item.
COSMETIC APPLICATOR
An applicator for applying a cosmetic composition to the eyelashes or eyebrows, including a core, at least one element attached to the core, each element including a central part fitted onto the core and at least one application member carried by the central part, this application member having at least one protruding relief for catching the eyelashes that is formed by an enlarged head, by a bent or toothed portion, preferably having, in the case of a toothed portion, teeth that protrude by at least 0.2 mm with respect to the portion to which they are joined.
COSMETIC APPLICATOR AND METHOD OF USING SAME
A cosmetic application device includes an application member and a positioning support system therefore which provides improved accuracy and side-to-side repeatability for the application of a cosmetic. The application member is optionally adjustable and repositionable relative to the positioning support system and may be further optionally provided in a kit form with one or more colorant members, guide members or replacement application members. A method for using the proposed invention is provided.
BRUSH, AND A METHOD OF MANUFACTURING OF A BRUSH
A brush that includes an intertwisted wire core defining a longitudinal axis, and a plurality of bristles secured within the intertwisted wire core, each of the plurality of bristles having opposed ends that extend radially away from the core, and at least some of the opposed ends of the plurality of bristles being split into a plurality of fragments.
COSMETIC APPLICATOR WITH FACIAL APPLICATION MEMBER AND PUMP
A cosmetic package for applying a composition including a cosmetic, care or pharmaceutical composition onto the keratinous substrate comprises a receptacle and a cosmetic applicator. The cosmetic applicator further comprises an applicator head including a passage for delivering the composition to an application surface. The applicator head is connected with a pump mechanism for moving the composition from a container house in the package through the passage and onto an application surface. The applicator head includes an applying member which comprises a spatula with a first application face having a concave inner surface forming the application surface and a second application face having a convex outer surface. The second application face may include a textured surface.
System for selective flock application to an applicator
A system for applying an adhesive includes: a shaft including a length and a diameter configured to be exposed to the adhesive coating; and a plurality of bristles connected to the shaft and configured not to be exposed to the adhesive coating when the shaft is exposed to the adhesive, wherein the shaft is at least partially hollow and includes a channel and at least one flow hole; the channel extends along the length direction of the shaft and at least partially into the shaft; an opening of the channel is disposed at a first end of the shaft and configured to receive a solution; the at least one flow hole is disposed on the surface of the shaft substantially opposite of the plurality of bristles; and the at least one flow hole is connected to the channel and configured to allow egress of the solution received through the channel.
APPLICATOR HAVING A RIBBED, BRISTLE-FORMING FILAMENT ALL AROUND
The invention relates to an eyebrow applicator (1) comprising bristle-forming filaments (5) retained in a clamped manner between at least two wires (3, 4) twisted together, characterised in that at least one portion of the bristle-forming filaments (5) has a cross-section (perpendicular to the longitudinal axis thereof) formed by a solid core (7) from which at least 8, preferably at least 10 ribs (8) and ideally 12 ribs (8) protrude radially on all sides, wherein the outer diameter of these filaments (5) is at least 0.25 mm, the length of the bristles (6) formed by these filaments (5) is max, 3 mm, and the material of these filaments (5) has a hardness of <60 Shore D.
Brush assembly and method of manufacturing a brush
A method of manufacturing a brush includes providing a core wire section having a proximal end and a distal end, and an integral tip on the distal end, forming a bristle element having a throughbore, and inserting the core wire section into the throughbore until the bristle element is received on the core wire section.
