SMOKING BOWL APPARATUS AND METHOD
An apparatus and method of consuming a smoke-able substance that includes the steps of: inserting fluid into a bottle through a top opening and placing a removable bowl onto a top opening of the bottle. A filter may be inserted within the removable bowl enable to receive a smoke-able substance. A user then ignites the smoke-able substance with a flame, while simultaneously releasing fluid in the bottle by removing a bottom plug. The releasing fluid allows the transfer of smoke from the ignited smoke-able substance into the bottle as the fluid transfers from the bottle. After smoke engulfs the bottle, the user seals the fluid opening with the bottom plug and consumes the smoke by removing the removable bowl from the top opening of the bottle.

A hookah or hookah assembly preferably having a lid including one or more sealing members that seal and releasably lock the lid to a liquid retaining tank such that when lid is connected to the liquid retaining tank the lid and liquid retaining tank can be moved as a unit by gripping any portion of the lid or the tank. The hookah preferably includes one or more openings that allow vapor to be exhausted through one or more openings formed in the lid. The hookah preferably includes a seal operably connected to a lower surface of the lid and engages an upper and horizontally extending surface of the liquid retaining tank. The hookah may include a down stem which has an integral diffuser configured to significantly reduce the operational noise level of the hookah while significantly reducing the number of openings necessary in the diffuser to achieve quite operation of the hookah.

A combination beverage container and smoking device includes a beverage container, with a cylindrical body member formed by a circular sidewall, having a closed top member, with a pre-cut opening to form a mouth and an opening mechanism, and a closed bottom member. The sidewall of the cylindrical body member includes a bowl and a carburetor. Removable covers are attached to the sidewall of the cylindrical body member and cover both the bowl and the carburetor. After consuming the liquid inside the container, and when ready to smoke, the user simply removes the cover, places his smoking substance on the screen, heats up the smoking substance, and inhales by placing his mouth at the pre-cut opening.

The present invention discloses a heat regulating device for a hookah, including a lid and a base. The lid and the base are movably connected to form a cavity for placing tobacco or other combustible substances. The upper part of the base has an annular groove; and the lid has a fastener which is hook-shaped; the fastener extends downward and inward and is embedded in the annular groove. The fastener and the annular groove are configured to improve the connection stability of the lid and the base. In the event of an accident, such as unexpected tipping over, the lid won't easily fall off from the base, so tobacco or other combustible substances can be contained in the device to reduce the possibility of scald, even fire and other accidents, thus improving the safety performance of the heat regulating device.
