A measuring arrangement includes a sensor fastened to a measuring volume by a mounting adapter and a coupling ring. The sensor penetrates a wall of the measuring volume. The mounting adapter is fixedly arranged in the wall. The sensor is movably arranged in the mounting adapter. The coupling ring is connected to the sensor. The sensor is held in the mounting adapter by the connection of the coupling ring to the mounting adapter. A recess is provided for guiding a peg element. The position of the peg element in the recess is adjustable in, or counter to, the insertion direction of the sensor by a rotary and/or insertion movement of the coupling ring. The sensor and coupling ring can be moved together by pressurization so that the peg element is arranged in a first locking position when pressurization by the medium is present in the measuring volume.

A pressure sensor for an evaporated fuel leak detector includes a sensor unit, a case, and a sealing resin. The sensor unit has a pressure receiving portion, a plurality of conduction terminals, and a mold resin portion. The case has a fluid flow path and a housing recess. Each remaining inner wall surface of the housing recess except for an inner wall surface on the conduction terminal side is provided with an inclined surface and a vertical surface, in a cross section along an axial direction perpendicular to a pressure receiving surface of the sensor unit. The inclined surface is inclined inward as toward a pressure receiving side. The vertical surface extends from the end of the inclined surface on the pressure receiving side to define a filling gap in which the sealing resin is filled between the side surface of the mold resin portion and the vertical surface.

Pressure sensor systems that include a pressure sensor die and other components in a small, space-efficient package, where the package allow gas or liquid to reach either or both sides of a membranes of the pressure sensor die. A package can include a substrate and a cap, where either or both the substrate and the cap divide the package internally into two chambers. The substrate can have a solid bottom layer, a middle layer having a slot or path running a portion of the length of the layer, and a top layer having two through-holes that provide access to the slot or path. The cap can have two ports. A first port can lead to a first chamber where a top side of a pressure sensor is in the first chamber. A second port can lead to a second chamber and the slot or path, where the slot or path leads to a bottom side of the pressure sensor.
