DEVICE FOR COORDINATED CONTROL AND OPERATION OF DOUBLE DOORS
A device for coordinated control and operation of double doors having a plate with a rectilinear motion that is associated with links with adjustable lengths that connect the plate to the double doors, with both the first and the second doors opened when one of the doors is opened and sequentially closed when one of the doors is closed.
Slidable cabinet pullout apparatus and method of use
Disclosed is a pullout apparatus having side access and designed for simple, adjustable, and accurate installation within a pre-existing cabinet space. The apparatus, slidably mounted within the cabinet space, comprises a top slide assembly mounted to a cabinet carcass and a drawer box. The drawer box is automatically centered on a base slide box. The base slide box is comprised of a slotted template slidingly engaged with a frame, where the frame is mounted to the cabinet carcass. Slide rail assemblies connect the slotted template to the frame. A pin block on the underside of a fixed shelf of the drawer box automatically centers the drawer box on the slotted template. A face plate adjustment mechanism provides for three dimensional alignment of the face plate with surrounding cabinets. An alternate embodiment comprises a mounting bracket providing three dimensional adjustability of the upper drawer slide.
Slide rail mechanism and adjusting assembly for slide rail
A slide rail mechanism includes a slide rail, a resilient member, and an adjusting device. The slide rail includes a front portion and a rear portion. The resilient member is located between the front portion and the rear portion of the slide rail and includes a first portion and a second portion, wherein the first portion is fixed with respect to the slide rail. The adjusting device is configured for adjusting the height of the second portion with respect to the first portion.
Drawer guide system
A drawer guide system for a drawer. The drawer guide system includes a drawer guide and a case runner having an outwardly extending flange disposed within an elongate recess of the drawer guide. The drawer guide system further includes a center-mounted bracket to be secured to a rear end of a drawer and a center-mounted release mechanism to be secured to a front end of the drawer that is aligned with the rear end. Upon insertion of the case runner and drawer guide into a recess of the bracket, a tab of the release mechanism engages a window of a side wall of the drawer guide and a locking tang of the drawer guide engages an aperture of the bracket to lock the drawer guide to the drawer.
Slide Rail Mechanism and Adjusting Assembly for Slide Rail
An adjusting mechanism for slide rail includes a first adjusting device, a second adjusting device and a housing. The first adjusting device includes a first base and a first adjusting member configured to adjust a height of the first base. The second adjusting device includes a second base and a second adjusting member configured to adjust the second base to move transversely relative to the second rail. The first adjusting device and the second adjusting device are mounted to the housing. Wherein, the second base includes a base part and a protrusion part. The protrusion part is fixed to the base part and configured to be inserted into a carried object supported by the slide rail.
Device and method for fixing a push element
A device for fixing a push element, in particular a drawer box to a rail of a pull-out guide, the device comprising a clamping mechanism with a receptacle, into which a web-shaped holding part can be inserted, wherein a self-locking clamping element is provided at the receptacle, by means of which the holding part is secured in a clamping manner against being pulled out. As a result, a particularly stable fixation of the drawer box to a pull-out guide can be achieved.
Multi-rail concealed slide rail structure
A multi-rail concealed slide rail structure includes an outer rail, a first ball retainer, a middle rail, a pair of second ball retainers, and an inner rail. One side of the outer rail is bent inward to form a first track for the first ball retainer to slide thereon. Two side edges of the middle rail are bent in the same direction to form second tracks, respectively. The middle rail is fitted on the first ball retainer, such that the first ball retainer leans against one of the second tracks. The pair of second ball retainers is movably fitted on the middle rail. One side edge of the inner rail is bent inward to form a third track corresponding to the second tracks. The inner rail is fitted on the pair of second ball retainers. Two parallel tracks are provided between the inner rail and the middle rail.
Closet add-on armoire conversion system
A closet door-to armoire conversion has a panel with the depth being at least six inches, height being greater than a height of the closet entrance. A plurality of shelf mounting holes is disposed on lateral sides of the panel. At least a shelf and a hanging rod is interior to the panel. Rollers are attached to the panel bottom, supporting and permitting rolling of the panel(s) from the closet entrance. A handle or gripping area is on the front face of a panel and a plurality of hinges are attached to the interior side of the closet armoire and to the closet door jam side. The hinges allow an attached panel to move away from and pivot from the same side of the closet entrance, wherein the width and height of the closet armoire is wider and taller than the closet entrance so as to cover the closet entrance.
A DRAWER, AND A DRAWER SLIDING SYSTEM FOR SUCH DRAWER
A sliding system (100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600) for a drawer (5a-c) is provided. The sliding system comprises at least two parts being moveable relative each other and adapted for together forming a connection between the drawer (5a-c) and an associated cabinet (3), wherein one of said at least two parts comprises at least one sliding surface being coated with a lacquer comprising a resin, wherein said lacquer in turn is at least partly coated with a lipophilic composition coating to provide a slide layer with a lowered friction.
