Tip-less water pipe
A spill-resistant water pipe, water pipe base, and water pipe assembly for filtering smoldering herbal materials. There is a fluid vessel having a bottom surface, a smoking bowl coupled to the fluid vessel, a neck with a mouthpiece coupled to the fluid vessel, and a base removably coupled to the bottom of the fluid vessel. The base has a rounded/convex bottom with a weight greater than a combined weight of the fluid, the fluid vessel, the smoking bowl, and the neck. There is also an annular bumper member (disc) circumscribing the base and extending laterally outward therefrom, with an exterior wall extending upwardly from a lateral edge of the annular bumper member and a container disposed thereon. There is a power module that powers one or more of: speakers, wireless signal transponders, scent dispensers, clocks, light emitters, light sensors, and position sensors.

HAND PIPE SLEEVE, A HAND PIPE, AND COMBINATION THEREOF
According to some examples, a hand pipe sleeve can include a body with a top end section and a bottom end section. In such examples, the bottom end section can include an opening. Additionally, the body of the hand pipe sleeve can include a sleeve well portion. The sleeve well portion can extend from the opening to the top end section. In some examples, the sleeve well portion can be dimensioned to be closely fitted around a bowl of a hand pipe when the hand pipe is inside the sleeve well portion.

GLASS PIPE WITH PROTECTIVE COVER AND CAP
A smoking device includes a pipe made of an elongated glass tube having an open first end and an open second end. An internal surface of the elongated glass tube includes a narrowed portion defining a narrowed diameter opening. The narrowed portion separates chambers within the elongated glass tube. The chambers include a material chamber from the second open end to the narrowed portion, and a smoke chamber defined from the narrowed portion to the first open end. A cap includes an open end and output openings. The cap is placed over the open first end or the open second end. The pipe further includes a polymer coating sealed to an outer surface of the elongated glass tube.

ELECTRONIC CIGARETTE ATTACHMENT
A case attachment for an electronic cigarette includes an outer housing, a detent housing slidably disposed within the outer housing and movable between a compressed position and an extended position, and a pin. A first portion of the pin is rotatably and partially supported within the outer housing and a second portion translatably and partially supported within the detent housing. The pin is movable from a first position to a second position. The biasing member is interposed between the outer housing and an end surface of the detent housing and is configured to bias the detent housing in a direction away from the end surface. The pin is configured to selectively retain the detent housing in the compressed position when in the first position and selectively retain the detent housing in the extended position when in the second position.
AEROSOL PROVISION DEVICE
There is provided an aerosol provision device including at least one inlet through which air can enter the device; an outlet through which aerosol within the device can pass; at least one aerosol generating region arranged to generate an aerosol; at least one flow channel arranged to provide fluid communication between at least one inlet, the outlet and at least one aerosol generating region; a moveable component arranged to move between a number of predetermined positions including at least a first and a second position, wherein in the first position the moveable component at least partially blocks at least one flow channel and wherein in the second position the moveable component does not block airflow through at least one flow channel.

Lighter holder attachment apparatus
A lighter holder attachment accessory for a water pipe includes an attachment component in the form of an elongated elastic strap of a rectangular configuration and adapted to snugly fit around and thereby securely attach to any diameter size of a tubular stem of the water pipe. The accessory also includes a holder component in the form of a continuous tubular sidewall being closed at a bottom end and open at a top end so as to form an interior compartment for receiving a pocket lighter therein. The holder component also includes an exterior attachment strip on the tubular sidewall such that with the pocket lighter received therein is detachably attachable to the elongated strap of the attachment component and may be temporarily detached therefrom so as to enable the lighter to be used without being removed from the interior compartment of the holder component.
