Locking System
A linear guide system has at least a first rail element and a second rail element, which are mounted to be linearly slidable opposite one another in and counter to an extraction direction, a linear drive, which includes a rotatable drive shaft and an electric motor configured for the transmission of a torque to the drive shaft. The linear drive is configured such that a rotational movement of the drive shaft causes a linear movement of the first and second rail elements relative to one another in or counter to the extraction direction. A locking element is provided, which can be set and reset between an unlocked position and a locked position, which, for blocking the rotational movement of the drive shaft in the locked position, is configured so as to engage in a form-locking or force-locking manner with an engaging element connected to the drive shaft in a rotationally fixed manner or configured as a portion of the drive shaft. An actuator is provided, which is configured for setting the locking element towards the engaging element from the unlocked position into the locked position, as well as for resetting the locking element from the locked position into the unlocked position.
Reducing or eliminating wobble problem in a refrigerator drawer
A refrigeration appliance system can include a refrigeration compartment. The system can include a drawer positioned in the refrigeration compartment. The system can also include a gear bar assembly positioned under a bottom portion of the drawer, the gear bar assembly configured to reduce or eliminate a wobble of the drawer in response to the drawer being opened or closed. The gear bar assembly can include a gear with gear teeth extending from a base of the gear. The gear bar assembly can include a gear bar coupled to the gear. The gear bar assembly can include a toothed strip positioned adjacent to the gear and in contact with the gear teeth in response to the drawer being opened or closed.
Slide system and slide assembly for a drawer and drawer assembly
A slide system for slidably opening and closing a drawer is provided. The slide system includes an outer slide for mounting the slide system on a side wall of an enclosure, comprising a longitudinal slide outer channel, a sliding member, configured to be mounted on a side wall of the drawer, slidably movable within said slide outer channel. The outer slide includes a fixing part for attachment of the outer slide on the side wall of the enclosure, a sliding part comprising said slide outer channel, and an intermediate part, extending from said fixing part to said sliding part. The fixing part, the intermediate part and the sliding part define a groove extending upwardly from said intermediate part. The slide system comprises a casing element for encasing the sliding member by extending vertically from an upper portion the side wall of the drawer towards the intermediate part of the outer slide and being at least partly received within the groove.
REFRIGERATOR
A refrigerator may include a rack gear assembly provided on a lower surface of a drawer. The rack gear assembly may have a first rack member and a second rack member that are pushed out by being moved forward sequentially so that a pushing-out distance of the drawer is maximized and the drawer is fully closed even when opposite sides thereof are pushed in a storage chamber without being in parallel.
Synchronization system for slide rail assembly and furniture system therewith
A synchronization system, which includes a synchronization device, is applicable to a slide rail and an opening mechanism. The opening mechanism includes an elastic member and a locking member configured to lock the elastic member. The synchronization device includes a housing and a driving member. The housing is mounted to the slide rail. The driving member is movable relative to the housing. The driving member is configured to drive the locking member to move for unlocking the elastic member, in order to allow the elastic member to release an elastic force to be applied to the slide rail.
Drive mechanism for a movable furniture part
A drive mechanism for a movable furniture part, in particular a drawer, has a first and a second lockable pushing-out mechanism and a synchronizing mechanism for synchronizing the two pushing-out mechanisms. The synchronizing mechanism has a synchronizing rod and a first and a second synchronizing element which can be connected to the synchronizing rod, and relative movement takes place between the synchronizing elements and the pushing-out mechanisms during synchronizing operation. In an active synchronizing mode, during synchronizing operation, movement is transmitted from the first pushing-out mechanism, via the first synchronizing element, the synchronizing rod and the second synchronizing element, to the second pushing-out mechanism. In an inactive synchronizing mode, the synchronizing rod is removed and the synchronizing elements each remain in contact with one of the pushing-out mechanisms.
Synchronic drawer slide rail system with mute springback function
An object of the present invention is to provide a synchronic drawer slider rail system with a mute springback function, which can solve conventional problems of a large occupation rate and a low carrying capacity due to a damping device of a springback mechanism of a drawer slider rail system is placed at a bottom end inside a slide rail. The synchronic drawer slide rail system with a mute springback function includes: two slide rail units, wherein two external faces of a drawer are connected to two internal faces of a cabinet in a relative sliding form through the slide rail units which are symmetrically arranged; the two slide rail units are synchronically connected to each other through a synchronizing mechanism; wherein a shell unit is fixed on each of the two internal faces of the cabinet; a linear groove extending along a relative sliding direction of the drawer and the cabinet is provided on a side face, which faces the drawer, of the shell unit; each of the slide rail units is installed in the linear groove; a horizontal board extending towards the drawer is arranged at a bottom face of the shell unit, and a rack is provided on an inner end of the horizontal board; a down-facing groove is formed between a bottom groove wall of the linear groove and the rack, and a slide rail springback mechanism is installed in the down-facing groove.
Appliance with geared drawer assembly
An appliance is provided having a cabinet with at least one compartment for positioning of a drawer. The drawer may be moved into and out of the at least one compartment and the drawer comprises a food container. The drawer includes a geared assembly having a gear rack and pinion gear which inhibit wobble of the drawer when the drawer is pulled from the at least one compartment or is pushed into the at least one compartment.
