DIAGNOSING AN ABNORMAL STATE OF A SUBSTRATE-PROCESSING APPARATUS
A method of diagnosing an abnormal state of a substrate-processing apparatus includes measuring a temperature of a chuck in the substrate-processing apparatus. The temperature of the chuck is compared to a target temperature of the chuck, with a temperature-controlling unit. A control signal is analyzed to diagnose an abnormal state of the substrate-processing apparatus. The control signal is transmitted from the temperature-controlling unit to a drive parameter-applying unit configured to provide the chuck with a drive parameter.
TESTING PLUGGABLE MODULE
A testing pluggable module includes a pluggable body extending between a front end and a mating end defining a mating interface with a communication connector of a receptacle assembly. The mating end is receivable in a module cavity of the receptacle assembly to mate with the communication connector. The pluggable body has an exterior forward of the mating end. The testing pluggable module includes an internal circuit board held in the pluggable body having a testing circuit operating at least one testing function. The testing pluggable module includes a user interface on the exterior of the pluggable body. The user interface has an input configured to operably control the at least one testing function of the testing circuit.
Method and apparatus to commission voltage sensors and branch circuit current sensors for branch circuit monitoring systems
A method and apparatus for detecting the wiring configuration of an electric power system based upon a particular voltage ratio that is determined for the electric power system. Also a method and apparatus for diagnosing voltage swap conditions in an electric power system. Finally, a method and apparatus for identifying virtual meters in an electric power system.
Real-time phase synchronization of a remote receiver with a measurement instrument
A measurement instrument for measuring electrical characteristics of a device under test (DUT) includes a synchronization signal generator for generating a synchronization signal transmittable to a receiver, a voltage controlled phase shifter (VCPS) connected with the synchronization signal generator and a phase-to-voltage converter configured to drive the VCPS. The synchronization signal is transmitted via a duplexer configured to transmit the synchronization signal from the measurement instrument to the receiver via a fiber optic cable and retransmit the received synchronization signal from the receiver to the measurement instrument via the fiber optic cable. The phase-to-voltage converter receives as inputs the synchronization signal input to the VCPS, the synchronization signal output from the VCPS and the retransmitted synchronization signal received at the measurement instrument from the receiver. An output of the phase-to-voltage converter is provided as input to the VCPS.

Circuit and method for detecting a fault attack
A device for detecting a fault attack, including: a circuit for detecting an interruption of a power supply; a circuit for comparing the duration of the interruption with a first threshold; and a counter of the number of successive interruptions of the power supply having a duration which does not exceed the first threshold.
Power converter, electric rolling stock and method for controlling sequence test
A power conversion unit performs an AC mode or DC mode conversion operation in which AC or DC power is converted to power driving a motor in order to supply a load. In response to the output of a sequence test signal instructing execution of a sequence test, a power source output switching switch shuts off the supply of a power from a power source to the power conversion unit. When the sequence test signal has been output and the supply of power to the power conversion unit has been shut off by means of the power source output switching switch, a control unit controls the AC mode or DC mode in order to cause the power conversion unit to execute a conversion operation corresponding to the power supplied to the power conversion unit in accordance with the switching history of sequence test signal output and non-output.
