The invention concerns a method for measuring a power (Pe, Pm) of an electric motor, that involves measuring a real current (I) of the motor, by means of a measurement sensor (11), the invention being characterised in that it involves inputting, on an interface (20), at least one piece of nominal power data (Pn), one piece of nominal speed data (Wn), one piece of nominal current data (In), one piece of nominal voltage data (Un), one piece of power factor data (cos φ) and the real current (I) of the engine, calculating, in the computer, a no-load current of the motor according to a first stored function depending on at least the data (Pn, In, Un, cos φ), calculating, in the computer, the active power (Pe) and/or the mechanical power (Pm) and/or the active energy and/or the mechanical energy according to at least one second stored function depending on at least the data (Pn, In), the real current (I) and the no-load current that has been calculated, and providing the power that has been calculated on an output interface (24).
LOAD TEST DEVICE AND CAP OF LOAD TEST DEVICE
A load test device includes: a resistor unit that includes a plurality of resistors that receive supplied power and a wall (holding frame) that holds opposite ends of each of the plurality of resistors; and an insulating cap that is attached to a portion of a terminal of the resistor that protrudes from the wall. The cap is composed of a material that is deformed by heat. When a temperature of the terminal becomes equal to or higher than a first temperature, the cap is deformed by heat and detached from the terminal.
CURRENT SENSOR ASSEMBLY
A current sensor assembly includes a housing; a plurality of shields which are accommodated inside the housing and open toward the top of the housing; a plurality of bus bars to which three-phase current is applied and which are arranged spaced apart from each other so as to go past the plurality of shields, respectively; and a current sensor unit which includes a printed circuit board and a plurality of current sensors disposed on the printed circuit board to measure the current applied to the bus bars. The shields, the bus bars, and the current sensor unit are configured to be accommodated inside the housing, and the current sensors are spaced apart from the bus bars and disposed in the inner spaces of the shields.
