CALIBRATION APPARATUS AND CALIBRATING CROSS-FREQUENCY PHASES OF LARGE-SIGNAL NETWORK ANALYZER MEASUREMENTS
A calibration apparatus calibrates cross-frequency phases of large-signal network analyzer measurements and includes: a signal generator; a vector network analyzer that includes couplers and receivers that receive the calibration signal and the reference multitone signal from the signal generator; a calibration receiver that receives a calibration signal from the vector network analyzer and produces a digitized calibration temporal signal from the calibration signal; and a signal processor in communication with the signal generator and the vector network analyzer and that: receives the reference digitized signal from the reference receiver; receives the forward digitized signal from the forward coupled receiver; receives the reverse digitized signal from the reverse coupled receiver; receives the digitized calibration temporal signal from the calibration receiver; and produces a calibration factor from the reference digitized signal, the forward digitized signal, the reverse digitized signal, and the digitized calibration temporal signal.

Magnetic field calibration device and method of calibrating magnetism measurement device using the same
A magnetic field calibration device is used to calibrate a magnetism measurement device having a plurality of magnetic sensors and includes a first holder having a first holding surface, a second holder having a second holding surface having a fixed relative positional relation with the first holding surface, and magnetism generating parts fixed to the first holding surface and the second holding surface. Thus, calibration can be completed with a single operation by assigning the first and second holding surfaces of the magnetic field calibration device respectively to the first and second measurement surfaces of the magnetism measurement device. In addition, since the relative positional relation between the first and second holding surfaces is fixed, measurement results obtained from the individual measurement surfaces match each other.
TEMPERATURE CALIBRATOR WITH ADVANCED FUNCTIONALITY
The present invention combines the functionalities of a multifunctional process calibrator with a heating and/or cooling unit (also called as a dry block). The heating and/or cooling unit and the process calibrator are integrated in a single housing forming the arrangement. The arrangement allows using several digital communication protocols i.e. fieldbus protocols. Temperature sensor simulation is possible as well. Pressure measurement and/or calibration is also enabled. The arrangement is supplied with internal rechargeable battery, which enables all other functionalities without mains power, except the use of the heating and/or cooling unit, where the mains power is required.

The method of monitoring a secondary power device includes setting a first reference parameter by using a voltage of at least one capacitor of the secondary power device, setting a second reference parameter by using the voltage of the at least one capacitor and the first reference parameter, and setting a reference level for checking of the state of the secondary power device by using the second reference parameter, wherein the reference level is used in checking of the state of the secondary power device.
High precision current sampling circuit with on-chip real-time calibration
A current sampling circuit with on-chip real-time calibration is used to detect the on-state current of a driving transistor. The current sampling circuit includes a first resistor, a second resistor, a voltage sampling circuit, a sampling voltage operational circuit and an on-state resistance calibration circuit. The voltage sampling circuit is used to obtain on-state voltage drop value of the driving transistor Vds. The on-state resistance calibration circuit includes a reference current source and a calibrating transistor. On-state resistance value of the calibrating transistor is set to be K1 times of on-state resistance value of the driving transistor. The on-state voltage drop value Vds obtained by the voltage sampling circuit and the on-voltage drop value of the calibrating transistor Vrsns are input to the sampling voltage operational circuit to obtain proportional relationship K2 between the on-state voltage drop value Vds and the on-state voltage drop value Vrsns.

CALIBRATION UNIT, CALIBRATION SYSTEM AND CALIBRATION METHOD FOR A VECTOR NETWORK ANALYZER
The present disclosure relates to a calibration unit for a vector network analyzer (VNA). The calibration unit comprises a calibration circuit which is configured to provide the calibration standards open, short and match; and an isolation circuit. The calibration circuit comprises a first port which is arranged for being connected to a port of the VNA, a second port which is arranged for being connected to a device-under-test (DUT), and a third port which is connected to a first port of the isolation circuit; and the isolation circuit comprises a second port which is arranged for being connected to one or more further calibration units.
