Secure communication with a traffic control system
A processor may receive an indication form a radio frequency identification (RFID) device that a mobile device is in a predetermined area. The processor may send a private key on a first frequency at a first time to the mobile device. The processor may receive a communication request from the mobile device that may contain a public decryption key. The processor may send encrypted configuration information and encrypted state information to the mobile device. In some embodiments, an RFID device, may identify that a mobile device is within a predetermined area. The RFID device may send a tag to the mobile device. The RFID may send a notification to a communicator that the tag has been sent. The RFID may acquire the encrypted configuration information and encrypted state information form the communicator. The RFID device may push the encrypted configuration information and the encrypted state information to the mobile device.

RELAY VEHICLE FOR TRANSMITTING POSITIONING SIGNALS TO ROVERS WITH AN OPTIMIZED DILUTION OF PRECISION
The invention discloses a constellation of relay vehicles comprising a receiver of navigation signals and a transmitter of positioning signals to an area of service where a number of rovers manoeuver, wherein the position of the relay vehicle may be adjusted to optimize one or more of an SNR or a DOP index of the positioning signals. In some embodiments, the optimal configuration of the constellation of relay vehicles may be further defined based on priority indexes allocated to the rovers. The invention is applicable to terrestrial or underwater rovers, respectively serviced by aerial or nautical relay vehicles.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE AND ROUTE SEARCHING METHOD THEREFOR
A route searching method used in an electronic device includes detecting decreased available power of the electronic device. When the available power of the electronic device is less than the predetermined value, determining whether a first communication device receives infrared signals transmitted by the charging device. If the infrared signals are not received, the electronic device is driven to repeatedly to continuously turn through a predetermined angle to find a moving orientation of the electronic device, driving the electronic device to move along the orientation, determining whether the first communication device receives the infrared signals transmitted by the charging device when the electronic device is moving, and driving the electronic device to move to the charging device under guidance of the infrared signals, when the first communication device receives the infrared signals transmitted by the charging device.
MANAGEMENT APPARATUS, INDIVIDUAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, AND INDIVIDUAL SEARCH SYSTEM
[Object] To provide a management apparatus capable of capturing a position of a specific individual satisfying a predetermined condition.
[Solving Means] A management apparatus according to an embodiment of the present technology includes a control unit. The control unit extracts, on the basis of first information that is generated by a sensor device worn by an individual and is related to a living body of the individual, a specific individual satisfying a predetermined condition, and generates, on the basis of position information related to a position of the specific individual, search information for causing a mobile object to move to the position of the specific individual.
Aircraft distress tracking and interface to search and rescue system
An apparatus and method of delivering an alert from an aircraft to a search and rescue system. An alert from an aircraft is received via a communications satellite. The alert comprises identification information identifying the aircraft and position information identifying the position of the aircraft. In response to receiving the alert, an emulated distress radio beacon signal is generated. The emulated distress radio beacon signal comprises the identification information and the position information in a standard format of a signal generated by a distress radio beacon. The emulated distress radio beacon signal is broadcast from a location other than the aircraft as an emulated distress radio beacon transmission that is configured to be received and processed by the search and rescue system.
