Folding stool
A folding stool comprises a seat portion, a backrest and a hinge device connecting the seat portion and the backrest. The hinge device comprises a first hinge and a second hinge rotatably connected. Two first hinges are respectively fixed to the backrest and the seat portion, the first hinge comprises two ear portions, the second hinge comprises four ear portions, and the four ear portions of the second hinge are respectively connected to four ear portions of the two first hinges by means of two rotary shafts. A position limiting board is fixed on the back surface of the second hinge, and the position limiting board comprises two oppositely provided position limiting surfaces.
Seat back support assembly for adjustably supporting a seat back of a vehicle
A seat back support assembly comprises a vehicle engaging member and a seat back receiving member. The vehicle engaging member is configured to be secured to a vehicle body. The vehicle engaging member includes a supporting section. The seat back receiving member includes (i) a base that is adjustably coupled to the supporting section, and (ii) a receiver that is coupled to the base, the receiver being configured to receive the seat back. The base is alternately positioned in a first vertical position and a second vertical position relative to the supporting section. When the base is in the first vertical position, the seat back is at a first height relative to the vehicle seat. Alternatively, when the base is in the second vertical position, the seat back is at a second height relative to the vehicle seat that is different than the first height.

Systems and Methods for Providing Ergonomic Chairs
A chair for providing support to a user's spine to improve posture and for providing ways for the user to perform exercises. The chair may include a flexible connection that enables a back support to move side to side through a sidebending range of motion of the user. The back support, which may include a flexible chair spine, may be configured to adapt to the curvature of the user's spine when the user is seated in the chair. A seat of the chair may include channels and vents to improve air circulation within the seat.
Armrest assembly and stool for dental practitioner
An adjustable armrest assembly for a stool or chair comprises an armrest base, an armrest support member and an adjustment assembly. The armrest base is connectible to the stool or chair and has a first opening. The armrest support member has a first end with a second opening. The first end is positionable with the second opening aligned with the first opening. The armrest support member has a second end opposite the first end and extending distally to support an armrest. An adjustment assembly is positionable to extend through the second opening and the first opening to define a pivot axis and an adjustable pivot connection between the support member and the base. The assembly is movable within at least one of the first opening and the second opening to laterally reposition the pivot axis. A variable friction member applies a selected degree of resistance to the adjustable pivot connection.

CHAIR WITH IMPROVED COMFORT
The present invention provides a chair with improved comfort, comprising an upper backrest, a lower backrest, a backrest bracket, and a base. The backrest bracket is pivotally mounted on the base, and the upper backrest is pivotally mounted on the backrest bracket. The lower backrest is pivotally connected to the upper backrest. Additionally, a transfer rod and a transmission device are provided between the upper backrest and the base. When the backrest bracket tilts backward, the movement of the transfer rod relative to the backrest bracket drives the upper backrest to rotate relative to the backrest bracket, thereby reducing the angle between the upper backrest and the lower backrest to wrap around the user's back, achieving the function of wrapping along the back curve and improving comfort.

SEATBACK, FLEXIBLE PANEL FOR SEATBACK AND METHOD
A new easy-assemble seatback includes a seatback frame adapted to be connected to a seat. The seat back frame has a pair of opposite sides. The frame supports at least one flexible panel from a top panel connection so the panel hangs and rotates freely from the connection on the frame. The panel is formed from a flexible material which may include wood, metal, metal alloy or plastic. Panel-to-frame assembly is done by hand. The frame includes a stop member connected to the frame that impedes free rotation of the flexible panel. Since the panel covers most all of the load bearing seatback area, fewer heavyweight metal supportive elements are necessary. The new seatback is longer lasting, lighter in weight and deployable as a result.
Convertible seating for marine vessels
A convertible seat for a marine vessel includes a seat base having a seat bottom and a seat back which extends transversely upwardly relative to the seat bottom, a back supporting cushion for an occupant seated on the seat bottom, a table coupled to the back supporting cushion, and a pivot mechanism which couples the table to the seat back, the pivot mechanism being configured such that the back supporting cushion and the table are movable into a storage position in which the table is sandwiched between the seat back and the back supporting cushion and a deployed position in which the table provides a supporting surface over the seat bottom.
