An apparatus includes a venue seat, a liner, and a cover. The venue seat has an outward appearance that is viewable by an observer. The liner has a liner surface on which a liner image is formed on the liner surface. The liner is positioned on the venue seat with the liner image facing outwardly. The liner image changes the outward appearance of the venue seat once the liner is positioned on the venue seat with the liner image facing outwardly. The cover is fixedly positioned on, and covering, the liner image of the liner. The cover protects the liner image of the liner once the cover is positioned on the liner image.

A method and apparatus include attaching a lighted cup holder to a seating arrangement. The lighted cup holder includes a cup holder body and a light-producing light source, with the cup holder body being attached to the seating arrangement and having a cup receptacle therein, the light-producing source being disposed within the cup receptacle for illuminating the receptacle. A light-sensitive element operatively connected to the light source selectively controls production of light by the light source in such a manner that illumination of the cup holder is provided only under conditions where visibility is reduced to the point that it becomes difficult to locate the cup holder. The light-sensitive element is mounted on a master lighted cup holder and controls illumination of the master lighted cup holder and one or more slave lighted cup holders operatively connected to the master lighted cup holder.

A height adjustable chair includes a user support platform assembly, and posterior and anterior leg assemblies. The user support platform assembly includes first, second, and third platform portions, and a pair of pivot mechanisms. The posterior and anterior leg assemblies include laterally opposed upper leg portions, laterally opposed lower leg portions, and locking mechanisms for locking the lower leg portions in extended relation relative to the upper leg portions. The pivot mechanisms pivotally attach to first platform portion and the posterior leg assembly. The anterior leg assembly is pivotally attached to the posterior leg assembly, the first platform portion, and the third platform portions. The first support platform supports a user thereupon. The anterior and posterior leg assemblies enable the user to vary the height of the first support platform relative to a support surface.

A furniture accessory may include an armrest body and an insertion plate moveably coupled to the armrest body and configured for mounting to a furniture item. A moveable cover plate may provide access to a hollow interior of the armrest body. The furniture accessory may include a power output assembly for receiving and providing power to a detachable electrical accessory. The furniture accessory may include a power input interface and a power supply circuit for providing power from an external power source to the power output interface.

The invention is directed to a seat caddy. The caddy connects to a support shaft below a seat and has a laterally extending arm. Connected to the laterally extending arm are various trays, connectors, and the like for connecting various utility devices to the laterally extending arm, such as cup holder, phone holder, quick connects for receipt of an umbrella, fishing net, or other extending rods, bucket holder, or other items. In some embodiments, the seat caddy is rotatably connected to the base of the seat, such that the caddy may be rotated about an axis of the support for positioning in different locations relative to the seat.

A buoyant pool lounge chair frame and buoyant pool lounge chair using the same are disclosed. In one embodiment of the buoyant pool lounge chair for supporting a person while the buoyant pool chair is floating in water, frame members collectively form an open chair frame including a back frame and leg frame pivotally coupled thereto. Buoyant cushions are attached to the frame members to form a chair seat, a backrest, and a leg rest. A pair of rear pivotal coupling and clutch assemblies are coupled to the seat frame and to the back frame to adjust and fix the angle of recline of the back frame relative to the seat frame. Similarly, a pair of front pivotal coupling and clutch assemblies coupled to the leg frame and to the back frame to adjust and fix the angle of extension of the leg frame relative to the seat frame.

A modular attachment system may be provided with the ability to rapidly interchange different peripherals and accessories at different points where modular receivers have been installed. One or more modular receivers may include one or more quick-connect receptacles adapted to receive corresponding one or more quick connectors of one or more peripheral adapters to quickly connect and disconnect the modular peripheral adapters to facilitate rapid reconfiguration of chairs, desks, tables, or other furniture for different applications. A variety of peripherals and accessories can be attached to one or more modular peripheral adapters to create peripheral assemblies that can be rapidly interchanged by rapid connection to or disconnection from any installed modular housings to reconfigure furniture for different applications. The modular receivers may be attached to a desk, table, or other furnishings or manufactured as a part of office, computer, or gaming chairs, desks, tables, or other furnishings.

A buoyant pool lounge chair frame and buoyant pool lounge chair using the same are disclosed. A chair frame that converts into a bed frame. The chair frame includes a back frame assembly coupled to a rear frame assembly. A sliding coupling connects the back frame assembly to a support bracket in a moveable seat assembly. The sliding coupling includes a slotted bracket which may be flanged. The back frame assembly and rear frame assembly unfold into planar alignment with the seat assembly, whereby cushions on each frame assembly form a bed. A twin sleeper, comprising a twin sleeper frame and a divider interposed between first and second sleeper chair frames.

A device for wireless charging of portable electronic devices is provided. The device is capable of being fixed to a piece of furniture and includes a charger configured to transmit electricity via induction; a horizontal arm of an angular shelf beneath which the charger is mounted; and an angular bracket configured to mount the device to the piece of furniture by adjusting a spacing between a vertical arm of the angular bracket and a vertical arm of the angular shelf to approximately a width of the piece of furniture, wherein the charger is mounted between the angular bracket and the angular shelf, and wherein the angular bracket is slidably mounted in relation to the vertical arm of the angular shelf.
