The lens unit can meet the requirement of the anisotropy of the illumination light shape of the vehicle light so as to form the asymmetric light shape, thereby meeting the requirement for a narrow and long model.

b) providing an injection molding device for carrying out an injection molding process, wherein the injection molding device has two mold halves,
c) introducing the first optical element (3) into the first mold half of the injection molding device,
d) closing the mold halves,
e) forming the first end section (2a) of the holding device,
f) forming a shell of the holding device (1), which encloses the light guide channel (2),
g) forming the second end section (2b), which terminates the shell of the holding device (1), together with the stop surface (5).
Motorcycle light for realizing at least one light function
The invention relates to a motorcycle lamp (2) for implementing at least one lamp function. The motorcycle lamp (2) comprises a housing (4) having a light-emission aperture (6), a bracket (8) mounted on the housing (4) for securing the motorcycle lamp (2) to a motorcycle, at least one light source (10) disposed in the housing (4) and a front optics (12) made of a solid transparent material disposed between the at least one light source (10) and the light-emission aperture (6), wherein the at least one light source (10) comprises an LED and is disposed and oriented in the housing (4) such that it emits light in a main radiation direction (14) extending through the light-emission aperture (6), and wherein the front optics (12) closes the light-emission aperture (6) and deflects and shapes the light emitted by the at least one light source (10) to generate a light distribution corresponding to a lamp function implemented by the motorcycle lamp (2). In order for the lamp (2) to improve the lateral perceptibility without the use of additional optical elements in the optical path, it is proposed that a light-emission surface (16) of the front optics (12) has a first convex curvature when viewed in a horizontal plane (yz) and a second convex curvature when viewed in a vertical plane (xz), the latter being smaller than the first convex curvature in the horizontal plane (yz) or flat.

The center kick structure may be configured to reflect the first portion of the electromagnetic radiation towards the plated surface. The center mixing structure may be configured to reflect the first portion of the electromagnetic radiation from the plated surface through an exit surface of the optic. The optic may be configured to reflect a second portion of the electromagnetic radiation received from the light source structure through the exit surface of the optic.
2D SCANNING HIGH PRECISION LiDAR USING COMBINATION OF ROTATING CONCAVE MIRROR AND BEAM STEERING DEVICES
The present disclosure describes a system and method for coaxial LiDAR scanning. The system includes a first light source configured to provide first light pulses. The system also includes one or more beam steering apparatuses optically coupled to the first light source. Each beam steering apparatus comprises a rotatable concave reflector and a light beam steering device disposed at least partially within the rotatable concave reflector. The combination of the light beam steering device and the rotatable concave reflector, when moving with respect to each other, steers the one or more first light pulses both vertically and horizontally to illuminate an object within a field-of-view; obtain one or more first returning light pulses, the one or more first returning light pulses being generated based on the steered first light pulses illuminating an object within the field-of-view, and redirects the one or more first returning light pulses.

In one example, a system for the UV-VIS detector unit may include a first light source, a signal detector, a flow path positioned intermediate the first light source and the signal detector, a second light source, and a reference detector. The first light source, the signal detector, and the flow path may be aligned along a first axis, and the second light source and the reference detector may be aligned along a second axis, different than the first axis.
