Bed frame assembled by sliding the ends of metal bars into slots cut into other metal bars
A novel bed frame is assembled by sliding the ends of hollow metal bars into narrow slots cut into other hollow metal bars. A first bar has an L-shaped first slot. A second bar has a U-shaped second slot and L-shaped third slot, both spanning two adjacent sides of the second bar. An end of the first bar is inserted into the U-shaped second slot, whose width is less than twice the thickness of the metal from which the first bar is made. A portion of the L-shaped first slot aligns with a portion of the L-shaped third slot when the first bar slides into the U-shaped second slot. The top of the third bar is inserted into the aligned first and third slots. The first bar is a longitudinal bar, and the second bar is a lateral bar of the bed frame. The third bar is a support leg.
Adjustable foundation
An adjustable foundation and process includes a mattress support surface including a head and back section hingedly connected to an intermediate section at one end and a leg and foot section hingedly connected to the intermediate section at another end, wherein the intermediate section includes a first portion and a second portion, wherein the first portion is hingedly connected to the head and back section and the second portion is hingedly connected to the leg and foot section. The intermediate or seat section is configured to increase in length upon articulation of the head and back section and/or the leg and foot section from a flat position or an increase in inclination of any section. Likewise, the intermediate or seat section is configured to decrease in length upon articulation of the head and back section and/or the leg and foot section from an inclined position to a flat position or a decrease in length upon declination of any section. By doing so, a prone user does not have to shift his position on the mattress in order to accommodate the inclination or declination.
BED BODY
The present disclosure relates to the technical field of electric beds, and in particular to a bed body, which solves a technical problem that the width of a bed body of an electric bed is inconveniently adjusted to cause high transportation cost in the prior art. The bed body comprises a bed body main unit and a bed body secondary unit arranged on one side face of the bed body main unit, the bed body main unit is connected with the bed body secondary unit through connectors, and the bed body secondary unit is detachably clamped to the bed body main unit through the connectors.
COMPRESSIBLE FOAM FOUNDATION FOR MATTRESS SUPPORT
A foundation for a mattress is formed from one or more single-layer, unitary foam blocks with supports that extend across each foam block's bottom side. The supports provide crosswise support across a bed frame and can be directly attached to the foam block or may be provided in a kit or separately sourced. The foam block is rigid enough to support a mattress and is compressible so it has a compressed configuration and an expanded configuration, and its bottom side may have channels for the supports. In the compressed configuration, the foundation may be folded and vacuum-sealed in a plastic membrane which provides benefits for storing, shipping, and delivering the foundation. When the foundation is delivered to its place of use, the compressed foundation is removed from its packaging, allowing the foam block to return to its expanded configuration.
Foldable bed frame
A foldable bed frame includes pivotally connected bedsteads. A bedstead includes an upper frame and a side leg assembly pivotally connected with the upper frame. A bedstead also includes one or more oblique supports each pivotally connected with the upper frame and slidably and rotatably connected with the side leg assembly. A bedstead further includes a shaped lower peripheral support and a plurality of links connecting the lower peripheral support with the upper frame and the side leg assembly. The lower peripheral support can be folded and unfolded along with the upper frame and the side leg assembly.
Adjustable support and foldable bed frame having same
Disclosed are adjustable supports, bedding support assemblies, and foldable bed frames having adjustable supports, bedding support assemblies or both. A foldable bed frame includes first and second sub-frames, first and second leg assemblies, and a plurality of adjustable supports. First and second sub-frames are pivotally connected with each other at their proximal sides. First and second leg assemblies are pivotally connected with the first and second sub-frames, respectively. Each adjustable support has one end connected to a sub-frame, and the other end connected to a leg assembly. An adjustable support includes movably coupled inner and outer bars, and a locking and unlocking mechanism to selectively restrict the inner and outer tubular bars from moving with respect to each other and thus selectively restrict the leg assembly from rotating with respect to the sub-frame.
Connecting structure of bed frame
A connecting structure of a bed frame is provided. The bed frame includes a frame, bed legs, and a bed plank support frame. Two side boards of the frame are provided with a plurality of support portions, respectively. One end of each of a plurality of support members of the bed plank support frame is connected to a corresponding one of the support portions of the side boards. Another end of each of the plurality of support members is connected to a corresponding one of support boards of the connecting spine. The connecting spine is designed as a -shaped structure, and the upright board is integrally formed with the support boards so that one end of each of the plurality of support members can be directly attached to the corresponding support board of the connecting spine, providing a simple structure and a stable support.
Bottom bed combination
A bottom bed combination includes a first bed bottom, a second bed bottom, two fastening units and a plurality of stands. The first bed bottom includes a first bed frame, a first bed board, a plurality of first bases a first linkage and a first electric cylinder. The second bed bottom includes a second bed frame, a second bed board, a plurality of second bases, a second linkage and a second electric cylinder. Each of the fastening units includes a mount mounted on the first bed frame and the second bed frame, and a pin extending through the mount, the first bed frame and the second bed frame. The stands are respectively secured on the first bases, the second bases and the fastening units.
Bed Frame Designed for Quick Assembly
The present invention is directed to a bed frame designed for quick assembly. In an exemplary embodiment, the invention may comprise a wire lattice that forms the support surface for a mattress and, if necessary, box springs. The wire lattice can be secured to a perimeter frame using brackets which hook onto the lattice and also attach to the sides of the frame. The bed frame may include vertical supports or legs that can be quickly attached to the frame. Each leg may include an attachment plate and a catch extending above the attachment plate. The leg can be secured to the bed frame by sliding the attachment plate into a receiver attached to the bed frame. As the attachment plate is being inserted, the catch may engage a series of corrugations formed in the receiver. The catch may press against a corrugation to lock the leg into the receiver.
Wrap around bed frame
A wrap around bed frame for use in supporting a box spring and mattress having side rails and cross members and a foot member that is affixed to the foot ends of the side rails to provide support for the foot end of the bedding. The entire bed frame can be assembled with fittings that do not require tools for assembly and thus, the bed frame can be assembled easily by the user by simply sliding or snapping the components together. Protective shields cover the bed frame so as to minimize harm to a person inadvertently striking one of the bed frame components. The foot member is comprised of an upper and lower member affixed together. There are also center wedges on the cross members where a foot can be affixed to the center wedge to facilitate assembly of the bed frame.
