The eyewear frame has a pair of lens areas positioned between the right side and the left side and adapted to be aligned with a pair of eyes of a user. The shade is formed of a transparent material. The shade is movable along the shade positioning assembly to a plurality of positions among which the shade covers a varying amount of one of the lens areas.

The support member releasably secures the system to a user's face, including a frame over the user's nose and two temples extending back from the frame over the user's ears. The optical system is positioned on the frame substantially in front of the user's eyes. The optical system displays an altered field of view to the user's eyes that is different that the direct field of view seen by the user. The adjustment system adjusts the altered field of view by rotating a portion of the optical system with respect to the support member about an axis of rotation.

The lenses can be rotated to dial in the correct prescription for the patient and then locked into place as well. Thus, the invention corrects near and distance vision while also correcting astigmatism. If adjustments need to be made, the patient can easily unlock the lenses, rotate them to a proper orientation for proper sight, and then lock the lenses into place again. The replacement lenses can be used with optical enhancement scopes such as telescopes, firearm scopes, and binoculars.

Aiming glasses can be used for finding a line of aim when shooting firearms and pneumatic weapons, as well as in archery, billiards, golf, and curling. The aiming glasses include an optical part in which aiming guides can be moved and rotated relative to a frame in order to align the center of the guides with the visual axis of the eye, which passes through the center of the fovea and the target, and to vertically orient the guides. The results are improved at aiming accuracy and greater versatility of the aiming glasses for use in different types of sport. A further technical result is that of enabling a sportsperson to cultivate a reproducible afterimage of the aiming guides at the start of a line of aim.

Embodiments include a disposable shooting target. The disposable shooting target can include a substrate, a first ink layer, a second ink layer, and a third ink layer. The first ink layer can contact the substrate. The second ink layer can be disposed over the substrate. The second ink layer can include a first color that defines a first portion of a target image. The second ink layer can also include a second color that defines a second portion of the target image. The third ink layer can be disposed over the second ink layer. The third ink layer can be partially translucent. The third ink layer can partially obscure portions of the target image. Other embodiments are also included herein.
