DISPLAY DEVICE, DOOR INCLUDING THE SAME, AND REFRIGERATOR INCLUDING THE DOOR
A display device, a door including the display device and a refrigerator including the door are provided. A display device includes: a frame configured to be rotatably mounted to a base object; a display panel mounted to the frame; a detector disposed in the frame, and configured to detect a movement of the frame and output a signal corresponding to the movement; and a controller configured to determine a movement state of the frame based on the signal, and control the display panel based on the movement state.
HOT AIRFLOW MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR COOLERS
Coolers with airflow management systems are disclosed. The coolers may include a cabinet that has a door with a transparent section. A refrigeration unit may be coupled to the cabinet. The refrigeration unit has an airflow inlet and an airflow outlet. The cross sectional area of the airflow outlet may be less than the cross sectional area of the airflow inlet. The refrigeration unit may be fluidly coupled to an airflow management system that is in fluid communication with the airflow outlet. The airflow management system includes discharge vents and turbulence reduction vents.
Merchandiser with flexible temperature controlled columns
The present application provides a merchandiser for dispensing a number of products. The merchandiser may include an ambient compartment with a number of ambient product columns with a number of ambient products therein, an X-Y drive device positioned beneath the ambient compartment, and a temperature controlled compartment positioned beneath the X-Y drive device, the temperature controlled compartment including a number of temperature controlled product columns with a number of temperature controlled products therein. The X-Y drive device receives an ambient product from one of the ambient product columns of the ambient compartment and delivers the ambient product to one of the temperature controlled product columns of the temperature controlled compartment.
System to validate load cell data
Shelves or other fixtures may be used to hold items at a facility. Load cells at the shelf may be used to acquire weight data indicative of changes as items are added or removed from the shelf. The shelves may be part of a fixture that includes a door that results in air movement with respect to the shelves when opened or closed. This air movement may produce weight data that is erroneously indicative of an event, such as a pick or place, even when no actual event has taken place. Weight data from load cells of a shelf may be analyzed to determine a trajectory associated with changes in the weight data over time. A portion of the space may be designated as being associated with invalid weight data. If the trajectory avoids this portion of the space, the weight data may be deemed valid.
AEROTHERMODYNAMIC SEPARATOR FOR REFRIGERATED DISPLAY CABINET
An aerothermodynamic separator for a refrigerated display cabinet is disclosed. The separator comprises a flat member having a predetermined dimension defining a shape of the separator. The separator is adapted to be removably positioned between a front end of one or more shelves associated with the cabinet and a rear end of a connecting region between two adjacent doors of the cabinet. The separator is adapted to restrict infiltration of outside air in a conservation space behind the doors of the cabinet upon opening at least one of the doors.
Thermal Frame with Insulating Backing Member
A frame for a refrigerated enclosure including a main frame member, a backing member, and a contact plate. The main frame member includes a base, a middle wall, and a forward flange. The backing member and the contact plate are coupled to the main frame member. The backing member includes a rear leg that couples on the rear wall of the base of the main frame member and an interior leg that couples on the interior wall of the base of the main frame member. The interior leg and the rear leg each include a thermal insulating portion. The interior leg includes a front portion that couples with the contact plate. The thermally insulating portions of the interior leg and the rear leg can be integral to one another and form an L-shape.
Case frame and door assembly for a merchandiser
A mullion assembly for a merchandiser including an elongated mullion body that has a first end and a second end. The mullion body defines an elongated channel extending from the first end toward the second end along a longitudinal axis oriented along a length of the mullion body. The channel is defined by a support surface, opposite sidewalls, and opposite hooks that are coupled to the sidewalls and that extend in a direction across the longitudinal axis. A light assembly is coupled to the mullion body within the elongated channel, and the light assembly is captured by the hooks to retain the light assembly in the channel.
Systems and methods for display case turndown
A controller for a refrigerated display case includes processing circuitry configured to receive operational data from multiple refrigerated display cases and an ambient temperature reading from an ambient temperature sensor. The processing circuitry is configured to determine a limp level for a rack that includes the multiple refrigerated display cases based on the operational data and the ambient temperature reading. The processing circuitry is configured to determine an operational cooling parameter for each of the multiple refrigerated display cases based on the limp level. The operational cooling parameter indicates an amount of cooling or a corresponding cooling operation for each refrigerated display case. The processing circuitry is configured to operate each of the multiple refrigerated display cases using the operational cooling parameter.
LED Lamp
The present invention relates to an LED lamp comprising a strip housing having an inner cavity for accommodating a lamp body and at least at one end forming a opening for loading the lamp body; and a sealing end cover for sealing the opening; a sealing member is embedded in the opening, and the sealing member and the inner space of the opening have the same cross section perpendicular to the length direction of the strip housing; the sealing member and the sealing end cover are spaced apart to form a sealing cavity for injecting the sealant. the LED lamp of the invention on the one hand realizes the first waterproof protection of the end part by the sealing member, and on the other hand realizes the second waterproof protection through the sealant layer formed by pouring sealant between the sealing member and the sealing end cover, so the LED lamp has higher waterproof rating than the existing lamps and can be conveniently applied to a humid device such as refrigerator, refrigerator, freezer and vending machine.
