System for Inventory Management
Systems and methods related to sensor-equipped display management systems. In one aspect, the systems and methods may be utilized to calculate a number of products removed from a display management system based upon motion of one or more mechanisms within the display management system. In another aspect, the systems and methods may be utilized to detect patterns from the sensor data, which may be indicative of attempted theft of products stored within the display management system.
Apparatus and method for illuminating items of merchandise suspended in a peg-type display having an elongate beam with track that is secured to a terminal end of a bar
Apparatus and method illuminate items of merchandise displayed at a point-of-purchase, wherein the items are suspended from a peg having a distal end placed at a support structure, the peg projecting in a longitudinal direction from the support structure to a proximal end placed adjacent the point-of-purchase. An adjacent bar extends from the support structure to a terminal end adjacent the proximal end of the peg and carries a plate secured to the terminal end, with the terminal end of the bar and the plate spaced from the proximal end of the peg. An elongate beam is provided with a track extending in lateral directions along a rearward surface of the beam. The track is located for confronting the terminal end of the bar, and the plate is captured within the track at a selected lateral location along the beam, thereby locating the beam adjacent the terminal end of the bar, proximate the proximal end of the peg, and a light source is extended laterally along the beam, arranged to project illumination toward the items of merchandise displayed at the point-of-purchase.
INVENTORY TRACKING SYSTEMS
Systems and methods related to a store intelligence system can include a plurality of end-point devices associated with a product shelf configured to display product, and a plurality of hubs each positioned adjacent to one or more of the plurality of end-point devices. One or more of the plurality of end-point devices can be configured to detect and transmit inventory information to a predetermined adjacent hub of the plurality of hubs or to receive and display price information or product information from a predetermined hub of the plurality of hubs. Each of the hubs can be configured to receive inventory information from one or more of the plurality of endpoint devices, provide alerts, transmit inventory information to a network, receive price information and product information, and transmit the price information and product information to one or more of the plurality of end-point devices.
Anti-theft merchandise hook
An anti-theft merchandise hook that includes a top wire connected to a housing at a first end of the top wire, and to a mounting portion, used to mount the anti-theft merchandise hook to a stationary surface, at a second end of the top wire opposite the first end. A bottom wire is attached to the mounting portion and extends from the mounting portion towards the housing. The bottom wire is configured to hold retail merchandise. A hanger is at least partially disposed within the housing. The hanger is configured to move between a closed position in which the hanger abuts the bottom wire, and an open position in which the hanger is spaced some distance from the bottom wire. A motor is configured to move the hanger between the closed position and the open position.
Bracket assemblies for signage systems and merchandising display systems
A bracket assembly for one of a signage system and a merchandising display system. The bracket assembly includes a base element, at least one securing element and a mounting element. The at least one securing element is carried by the base element. The mounting element is carried by the base element and releasably engages one of a sign and a merchandising display panel.
Holder assembly
A holder assembly for hanging goods to be displayed at a point of sale includes at least one elongated holding member at which goods are to be hanged and to be arranged in a row of goods one behind the other so that the hanging goods may be slid along the at least one elongated member to a removal position at an end of the at least one elongated member where a good may be removed from the at least one elongated holding member. The assembly further includes a carrier to which the at least one elongated holding member is mounted and at which an electronic detection element is provided. An electronic detection element of the holder assembly is configured to detect a displacement of the at least one elongated holding member from a first position to a second position for emitting at least one signal.
APPARATUS, METHOD AND ASSEMBLY FOR DISPLAYING AND STORING A HANDBAG
An apparatus, method and assembly for storage and display of a handbag that includes at least one bracket, at least one support rod and at least one head adapter for holding the handle or strap of a handbag.
