A timepiece in which the width of an edge member mounted to a case band while supporting a transparent member is small is provided. A case accommodating a dial is equipped with an edge portion arranged outside a case band of the case, a cylindrical portion arranged inside the case band, and an edge member having a receiving portion. The edge portion supports a transparent member. The cylindrical portion supports the peripheral portion of the dial from the front side of the case and prescribes the display diameter D of the dial. The receiving portion protrudes from the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion or from the cylindrical portion toward the rear surface side of the case. The edge member is mounted to the case band by a drawing-in mechanism equipped with a drawing-in member and a drawing-in screw.

The sub-assembly of external parts for a timepiece or watch or piece of jewellery, comprising a first component and a second component, which are provided for a bayonet fit between two edges and two wings which skirts of this first component and of this second component comprise, and are able to occupy an assembled and indexed position of the first and second components, the first component or the second component comprising for this purpose, in part in the thickness of the first skirt or second skirt, an elastically deformable zone comprising a lug for angular indexation between the first component and second component, cooperating with an indexation limit stop of the other component.

The receiving portion protrudes from the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion or from the cylindrical portion toward the rear surface side of the case. The edge member is mounted to the case band by a drawing-in mechanism equipped with a drawing-in member and a drawing-in screw.

A protection case for protecting a wearable electronic device includes: a protection case body that comprises first and second cases; and one or more coupling parts that are provided in the protection case body. The coupling parts couple the first and second cases to each other and couple the wearable electronic device while enclosing the wearable electronic device when the coupling parts are coupled to each other, and separate the first and second cases from each other and separate the wearable electronic device when the coupling parts are separated from each other.

A case includes a main case body and an exterior member. The exterior member is welded to the main case body with laser light. The laser light is irradiated onto a welding part of the main case body and the exterior member and reflected at an irradiation surface, and a reflected-light receiving part is formed at a position where the reflected laser light is irradiated according to an incidence angle of the laser light to the irradiation surface. A case includes a main case body and an exterior member. The exterior member is welded to the main case body with laser light. The laser light is irradiated onto an irradiation surface. A welding part of the main case body and the exterior member is formed on the inner periphery surface extending along a height direction of the case and is formed such that the irradiation surface is perpendicular to the incident laser light.

An electronic device includes a panel assembly, a middle frame assembly, and a bottom case assembly. The middle frame assembly includes a metal appearance layer and an insulating structure layer. At least one connection portion that extends toward the inside of the accommodation cavity is disposed on an inner wall of the metal appearance layer. A water-resistant closing device for a watch case, the device including an annular gasket (1) arranged to be placed between a middle (2) and a back (3), a bezel or a crystal (4), or a bezel and a crystal, or a back and a crystal. The gasket (1) has on its middle portion a bulge (10) protruding on its outer lateral face (11), the bulge being arranged to be engaged against the middle (3) and compressed following the installation of the back or of the crystal on the middle, the bulge being delimited by an upper (12) and lower material countersink (13) on either side of the bulge (10) in the non-compressed state of the gasket (1) to facilitate its installation and its deformation.
