FOLDABLE BRAKE PEDAL APPARATUS FOR AUTONOMOUS VEHICLES
A foldable brake pedal apparatus for autonomous vehicles provides a manual driving mode and an autonomous driving mode. In the manual driving mode, a driver directly drives a vehicle, a pedal pad protrudes from a pedal housing and pops up to be exposed to the driver side such that the driver can manipulate the pedal pad. And in the autonomous driving mode, the driver does not directly drive the vehicle, the pedal pad is inserted into the pedal housing and is in a hidden state in which exposure of the pedal pad toward the drive side is inhibited such that the driver cannot manipulate the pedal pad.
Pedal actuation amount detection device
A pedal operation amount detection apparatus for an operation pedal apparatus that includes a transmitting member including a pedal arm of an operation pedal that is disposed to be pivotable about a support axis and subjected to a depressing operation, and an output member to which a depressing operation force is transmitted from the transmitting member and to which a reaction force corresponding to the depressing operation force is applied, the pedal operation amount detection apparatus includes a sensor member disposed on a load transmission path of the transmitting member and the reaction force and the pedal operation amount detection apparatus electrically detects deformation of the sensor member. The sensor member is an elongate member that is torsionally and elastically deformable about a torsion center line in a longitudinal direction and is disposed at a position offset from the transmitting member in a direction parallel to the support axis.
Pedal actuation amount detection device
A pedal operation amount detection apparatus for an operation pedal apparatus that includes a transmitting member including a pedal arm of an operation pedal that is disposed to be pivotable about a support axis and subjected to a depressing operation, and an output member to which a depressing operation force is transmitted from the transmitting member and to which a reaction force corresponding to the depressing operation force is applied, the pedal operation amount detection apparatus includes a sensor member disposed on a load transmission path of the transmitting member and the reaction force and the pedal operation amount detection apparatus electrically detects deformation of the sensor member. The sensor member is an elongate member that is torsionally and elastically deformable about a torsion center line in a longitudinal direction and is disposed at a position offset from the transmitting member in a direction parallel to the support axis.
Rotation angle detection device
A rotation angle detection device includes a lever, a cylindrical part, a magnet, and a magnetic sensing element. The lever includes a base and a shaft projecting in the direction of the rotation axis of the base and integrated with the base. The cylindrical part has a first end close to or in contact with the base, and a second end opposite to the first end and farther from the base than the first end. The shaft is inserted in the cylindrical part and is rotatably supported by the cylindrical part. The magnet is attached to the end of the shaft. The magnetic sensing element faces the magnet with a predetermined gap therebetween.
Rotation angle detection device
A rotation angle detection device includes a lever, a cylindrical part, a magnet, and a magnetic sensing element. The lever includes a base and a shaft projecting in the direction of the rotation axis of the base and integrated with the base. The cylindrical part has a first end close to or in contact with the base, and a second end opposite to the first end and farther from the base than the first end. The shaft is inserted in the cylindrical part and is rotatably supported by the cylindrical part. The magnet is attached to the end of the shaft. The magnetic sensing element faces the magnet with a predetermined gap therebetween.
Driving support apparatus
A driving support apparatus supports driving of the vehicle. The driving support apparatus includes a brake pedal detection unit, a retraction speed calculation unit and a driving operation device setting unit. The brake pedal detection unit detects an operation amount of the brake pedal. The retraction speed calculation unit calculates a retraction speed of the brake pedal, based on the operation amount of the brake pedal detected by the brake pedal detection unit. The driving operation device setting unit sets a reaction force exerted by a driving operation device to a larger value as the retraction speed calculated by the retraction speed calculation unit becomes higher.
Accelerator pedal device
An accelerator pedal device includes a housing which pivotably supports a pedal arm, a return spring, a magnetic position sensor which detects an angular position of the pedal arm, and a drive source, a return lever, and a control circuit board serving as an active control mechanism which controls to push back the pedal arm toward a rest position under predetermined conditions, a circuit for a Hall element of the position sensor is arranged on the control circuit board. According to the above, a conventionally-required circuit board dedicated to a position sensor is not required to be arranged and the position sensor is connected via bus bars and the like while eliminating lead wire and the like.
Accelerator pedal device
An accelerator pedal device includes a housing which pivotably supports a pedal arm, a return spring, a magnetic position sensor which detects an angular position of the pedal arm, and a drive source, a return lever, and a control circuit board serving as an active control mechanism which controls to push back the pedal arm toward a rest position under predetermined conditions, a circuit for a Hall element of the position sensor is arranged on the control circuit board. According to the above, a conventionally-required circuit board dedicated to a position sensor is not required to be arranged and the position sensor is connected via bus bars and the like while eliminating lead wire and the like.
Foldable brake pedal apparatus for autonomous driving vehicle
A foldable brake pedal apparatus for an autonomous driving vehicle enables a pedal pad to protrude from a pedal housing in a popped-up state to make it possible for the driver to operate the pedal pad in a manual driving mode in which the driver manually drives the vehicle. In particular, the pedal pad is inserted into the pedal housing and blocked from being exposed to the driver in a hidden state so as to make it impossible for the driver to operate the pedal pad in an autonomous driving mode in which the driver does not manually drive the vehicle.
OPERATION PEDAL AND OPERATION METHOD FOR SIMULATION DEVICE
Disclosed is an operation pedal for a simulation device. The present invention comprises: a fixing shaft horizontally installed; a pedal main body mounted on the fixing shaft and rotatable in the forward and backward directions by an external force; a foothold mounted on the upper surface of the pedal main body and rotatable in the left and right directions by an external force; a forward and backward rotation sensing means for sensing a forward and rearward rotation of the pedal main body and transmitting a signal thereof; and a left and right rotation sensing means for sensing a left and right rotation of the foothold and transmitting a signal thereof. According to the present invention, a user can easily operate and control various action motions of a play object in a program by using both feet, such that more various motions or environments can be applied.
