PERFORMANCE AND DEADLOCK MITIGATION DURING A MEMORY DIE FAIL STORM
A method is described that includes processing, by a memory subsystem, a read memory command that is addressed to a first die of a memory device. The memory subsystem determines whether processing the read memory command failed to correctly read user data from the first die and, in response to determining that processing the read memory command failed to correctly read user data from the first die, determines whether the first die has failed. In response to determining that the first die has failed, the memory subsystem performs an abbreviated error recovery procedure to successfully perform the read memory command instead of a full error recovery procedure.
CONTAINER RUNTIME OPTIMIZATION
A method, system, and computer program product for implementing container runtime optimization and execution is provided. The method includes enabling a container management instance and a container runtime comprising specified operational attributes associated with a container. Supervisor tree code is embedded within the container runtime and definition software is executed. The definition software describes specified digital endpoints of an associated application process being executed by the container. The container is enabled for operational functionality and an external interface is enabled for communications with the supervisor tree code. The container management instance is executed in response to a command received via the external interface.
GOAL SEEK ANALYSIS BASED ON STATUS MODELS
An approach is provided in which the approach builds a combination model that includes a normal status model and an abnormal status model. The normal status model is built from a set of time-sequenced normal status records and the abnormal status model is built from a set of time-sequenced abnormal status records. The approach computes a set of time-sequenced coefficient combination values of the normal status model and the abnormal status model based on applying a set of fitting coefficient characteristics to the normal status model and the abnormal status model. The approach performs goal seek analysis on a system using the combination model and the set of time-sequenced coefficient combination values.
INTEGRATION SYSTEM AND INTEGRATION METHOD
Provided is an integration system capable of integrating a plurality of GUI products without having to modify each of the plurality of GUI products. The integration system comprises an acquisition unit which acquires a screen capture of each of the plurality of GUI products according to condition information indicating a condition of acquiring the screen capture of the GUI product for each of the plurality of GUI products, a storage unit which stores the screen captures acquired by the acquisition unit, a generation unit which generates an integrated screen on which are arranged the screen captures stored in the storage unit according to the screen configuration information indicating a screen configuration of the integrated screen regarding the plurality of GUI products, and an output unit which outputs the integrated screen generated by the generation unit.
Staging data within a unified storage element
Staging data on a storage element integrating fast durable storage and bulk durable storage, including: receiving, at a storage element integrating fast durable storage and bulk durable storage, a data storage operation from a host computer; storing data corresponding to the data storage operation within fast durable storage in accordance with a first data resiliency technique; and responsive to detecting a condition for transferring data between fast durable storage and bulk durable storage, transferring the data from fast durable storage to bulk durable storage in accordance with a second data resiliency technique.
Electronic device for performing booting, and operating method therefor
An electronic device according to various embodiments of the present invention comprises a display, a memory, and a processor operatively connected to the display and the memory, wherein the processor may be configured to: display, on the display, the state of a storage resource of a first partition included in the memory, in a state in which first booting has been completed; in response to a first command for acquiring the storage resource of the first partition, perform second booting of the electronic device, different from the first booting; delete designated data from data stored in the storage resource of the first partition so as to acquire the storage resource during the performing of the second booting; and complete the second booting of the electronic device after the acquisition of the storage resource.
Adaptive re-keying in a storage system
Techniques for adaptive re-keying of encrypted data are provided. For example, a method comprises the following steps. Utilization information associated with a storage system is obtained, wherein the storage system comprises a set of storage devices. The method dynamically selects a re-keying process from a plurality of different re-keying processes based on at least a portion of the obtained utilization information. At least a portion of the set of storage devices are re-keyed in accordance with the selected re-keying process.
Ethod and computer storage node of shared storage system for abnormal behavior detection/analysis
A method utilized in a computer storage node includes: providing user interface device to be operated by an operator; sensing operation parameter of computer storage node to generate a first detection signal; controlling a display panel of user interface device to display data pattern of first detection signal on display panel according to a time scale; using first portion of first detection signal corresponding to a partial pattern of the data pattern to generate reference signal when the operator uses user interface device to mark a region on display panel to select the partial pattern; and comparing characteristics of the reference signal with characteristics of a processed detection signal to perform a behavior prediction operation.
Event stream processing system, event stream processing method, event stream processing program
An event stream processing system having a processor, wherein the processor registers a temporary object when the object of an event message is unregistered in response to the event message from an event generating device, stores the event message in a pending manner, and Issues an error message. The processor converts the temporary object to a permanent object in response to an automatically-issued event generation message in response to the error message, updates state of the object with state value of the held event message, and executes plug-in corresponding to the updated state.
Method and system for determining maturity level of a cloud computing service
Systems and methods are disclosed that evaluate maturity or readiness of services of a cloud infrastructure client instance. Service maturity may be defined based on certain predetermined maturity criteria, which may evaluate certain corresponding service parameters of the service, such as a software component status of a service, a hardware component status of the service, and/or an error status of the service. In some embodiments, the definition of service maturity may be customized by a user. For example, the user may adjust, add, or remove the maturity criteria. The systems and methods may determine the service parameters of the service, and determine the maturity of the service by applying the maturity criteria to the determined service parameters. The service maturity may then be output (e.g., displayed or sent) to the user.
