Aspects of the disclosure are directed to memory experience. In accordance with one aspect, an apparatus and method for experiencing a memory includes capturing the memory in a plurality of visual images; tagging the memory with one or more tags, wherein the one or more tags include a situation, an emotion, a smell, a touch or a sound; storing the memory in a database; inputting a query to recall the memory from the database; displaying a result associated with the query, wherein the result is a list of at least one event based on the query, and wherein each of the at least one event comprises at least one of the plurality of visual images.

A system for communicating images, comprises an imaging device configured to capture and image and generate a digital image file, the imaging device comprising a device identifier; a set of routines configured to label the digital image file, associated account information with the digital image file, associate the device identifier with the digital image file, and communicate the digital image file to a server; a server configured to receive digital image files and process the digital image file according to at least one of a label associated with the digital image file, account information associated with the digital image file, and a device identifier associated with a device that captured the digital image file.

Computer-implemented methods, computer-readable storage media, and computer systems for associating received medical imaging data with stored medical imaging data. Medical imaging data associated with a patient is received from a client device. The medical imaging data includes an image object, one or more data objects related to the image object, and metadata associated with the patient encoded in Digital Imaging and Communication in Medicine (DICOM) format. The metadata includes personal information about the patient, and time and location at which the DICOM image file was captured. The received metadata is compared with existing metadata associated with multiple existing patients to identify a subset of the existing patients who may be a potential match to the patient. Selection of an existing patient from among the subset is requested. When received, the medical imaging data is associated with the existing patient.

Computer-implemented methods, computer-readable storage media, and computer systems for associating received medical imaging data with stored medical imaging data. Medical imaging data associated with a patient is received from a client device. The medical imaging data includes an image object, one or more data objects related to the image object, and metadata associated with the patient encoded in Digital Imaging and Communication in Medicine (DICOM) format. An apparatus configured for head-worn by a user, includes: a screen configured to present graphics for the user; a camera system configured to view an environment in which the user is located; and a processing unit coupled to the camera system, the processing unit configured to: obtain a first image with a first resolution, the first image having a first corner, determine a second image with a second resolution, the second image having a second corner that corresponds with the first corner in the first image, wherein the second image is based on the first image, the second resolution being less than the first resolution, detect the second corner in the second image, determine a position of the second corner in the second image, and determine a position of the first corner in the first image based at least in part on the determined position of the second corner in the second image.

Disclosed is a secure telephone call management system for authenticating users of a telephone system in an institutional facility. Authentication of the users is accomplished by using a personal identification number, preferably in conjunction with speaker independent voice recognition and speaker dependent voice identification. When a user first enters the system, the user speaks his or her name which is used as a sample voice print. During each subsequent use of the system, the user is required to speak his or her name. Voice identification software is used to verify that the provided speech matches the sample voice print. The secure system includes accounting software to limit access based on funds in a user's account or other related limitations. Management software implements widespread or local changes to the system and can modify or set any number of user account parameters.

A method of image annotation includes selecting a plurality of annotation models related to an annotation task for an image, obtaining a candidate annotation map for the image from each of the plurality of annotation models, and selecting at least one of the candidate annotation maps to be displayed via a user interface, the candidate annotation maps comprising suggested annotations for the image. The method further includes receiving user selections or modifications of at least one of the suggested annotations from the candidate annotation map and generating a final annotation map based on the user selections or modifications.

A method of image annotation includes selecting a plurality of annotation models related to an annotation task for an image, obtaining a candidate annotation map for the image from each of the plurality of annotation models, and selecting at least one of the candidate annotation maps to be displayed via a user interface, the candidate annotation maps comprising suggested annotations for the image. The method further includes receiving user selections or modifications of at least one of the suggested annotations from the candidate annotation map and generating a final annotation map based on the user selections or modifications.
