INFORMATION INTERACTION METHOD AND APPARATUS, SERVER, SYSTEM, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
An information interaction method and apparatus, a server, a system, and a storage medium are provided. The method includes: receiving first text information sent by a second server, and generating second text information according to the first text information; updating the second text information in response to receiving an editing instruction sent by a client of a user; and sending updated content of the second text information to the client of each user, such that the client of each user updates the first text information according to the updated content.

AUTOMATED GENERATION OF REVISION SUMMARIES
Technologies are provided for automated generation of revision summaries for an electronic document. In some embodiments, a computing system can determine that a first section of a first version of the electronic document includes changes relative to a second section of a second version of the electronic document. The second section corresponds to the first section. The computing system also can generate respective descriptions of the first section and the second section. The computing system can then generate a summary of the changes by comparing the respective descriptions. The computing system can determine that the summary has a defined placement in a ranking of similarity scores, where a first similarity score in the ranking defines similarity between the respective descriptions. The computing system can add metadata to the first version of the electronic document. The metadata controls presentation of a visual element indicative of the summary within a user interface.
COLLABORATIVE COMMUNICATION TRIAGE ASSISTANCE
Systems, storage media and methods for providing information for user prioritization of tasks associated with collaboratively developed content are described. Some examples may include: receiving a conversation thread associated with collaboratively developed content, the conversation thread including a plurality of comments authored by multiple different authors, generating a predicted measure of completion for the received conversation thread, the predicted measure of completion being at least one of a predicted number of remaining actions until the received conversation thread is resolved or a predicted number of total actions for the conversation thread to be resolved and providing, for display at a user interface, the predicted measure of completion for the received conversation thread, the predicted measure of completion being associated with the conversation thread at the user interface.

PRIMARY TOPIC IDENTIFICATION IN TEXT DATA
An approach for directing a chat agent for an online discussion is provided. A processor retrieves message data from a messaging program. A processor identifies at least one topic present in the message data. A processor, responsive to a determination that the at least one topic is a primary topic, updates the chat agent with the primary topic. A processor modifies message data based on the determined primary topic.

Systems and methods for the comparison of selected text
Systems and methods are disclosed for comparing selections of text to show differences between the two selections. The text may be selected from the same source or from two different sources. In one implementation, a system receives a first selection of text for comparison and places the selection in a first buffer. The system receives a second selection of text for comparison and places the second selection in a second buffer. The system compares the first buffer and the second buffer to determine differences and displays the differences. In some embodiments, the system may allow a user to choose two buffers from among a plurality of buffers for comparison.

Fault Processing Method and System
Various embodiments of the teachings herein include a fault processing method comprising: receiving two historical faults similar to a target fault; searching keywords in a description of the target fault and each historical fault, wherein the keywords are classified into N grades, and for each system component in a grade, the grade comprises at least one keyword for describing the component, wherein N is an integer no less than 2; for each of the N grades, counting a quantity of identical system components represented by the keywords in the text description of each historical fault and the target fault; and comparing a degree of similarity of each historical fault to the target fault according to the quantity of identical system components counted in each grade of the N different grades, wherein a historical fault relating to a larger number of high-grade identical system components has a higher degree of similarity to the target fault.
