This invention involves a novel method, device, system and apparatus to receive, return or exchange parcels securely. The invention involves a novel security apparatus and one or more parcel receptacles. The novel security apparatus can be securely connected to an object such as a door knob or door handle or door knockers or door or any object to which my security apparatus can be securely connected. The parcel receptacles can be of many types. The locking mechanism in the security apparatus and on the parcel receptacle can be of technological in nature using the latest advancements in wireless technology, or alternatively, involve simple physical lock and key mechanisms. The apparatus allows access to parcels to authenticated users only, and involve many safety features including an audible alarm and other tamper-proof mechanisms to ensure safety of parcels.

Package Delivery Securement Device

A package securement device includes a containment device in the form of either a bag or a box for receiving packages. The containment device includes an opening allowing for removal and insertion of packages. Access may be given to the interior of the containment device through an electronic device with a credential receiver configured to receive a credential input by a user. A communication module with a wireless transmitter connected to the electronic device transmits and receive a wireless communication regarding a status of the containment bag. A remote user interface may be used to monitor and control access to the containment device.

Disclosed is a lockable security receptacle for the safe temporary storage of delivered articles to a home or office. The receptacle comprises of a bag having single opening through which the articles can be placed, a lock to secure the articles within the bag, means to securely but removably attach the bag to the inside of the home or office door and a cable connecting the bag to the attachment means. The bag can comprise a water-resistant, ballistic grade fabric of interwoven conductive fibers for protection and security of the delivered article, and can be made with one or more alarms that are triggered if the bag is cut, if the bag is pulled or if the attachment means is pulled.

A parcel delivery locker has a body portion formed by four panels that are joined to each other along hinge joints at their vertical edges. The hinges joints allow the body portion to be alternatively configured into a stack for shipping, or as a box for use in receiving and containing parcels. A lid is joined to the body portion during assembly and has an electronically controlled locking mechanism that can be wirelessly controlled to lock or unlock. A floor portion is coupled to the four panels as well.
