Disclosed are devices and methods for rehydrating plant matter or plant-derived matter and infusing such matter with terpenes and other volatile compounds. In one embodiment, a device to rehydrate and infuse plant or plant-derived matter comprises a first housing portion comprising a central column and a second housing portion configured to be coupled or locked to the first housing portion. The central column of the first housing portion can compromise a rehydrating agent, an infusing agent, and a hydrosol infuser. A method of using the device is also disclosed. The method can comprise rotating the first housing portion with respect to the second housing portion to open the device, placing the device within a bag or container containing the plant or plant-derived matter, and sealing the bag or container containing the plant or plant-derived matter and the device.
Devices and methods for rehydrating plant matter and infusing plant matter with terpenes and other volatile compounds
Disclosed are devices and methods for rehydrating plant matter or plant-derived matter and infusing such matter with terpenes and other volatile compounds. In one embodiment, a device to rehydrate and infuse plant or plant-derived matter comprises a first housing portion comprising a central column and a second housing portion configured to be coupled or locked to the first housing portion. The central column of the first housing portion can compromise a rehydrating agent, an infusing agent, and a hydrosol infuser. A method of using the device is also disclosed. The method can comprise rotating the first housing portion with respect to the second housing portion to open the device, placing the device within a bag or container containing the plant or plant-derived matter, and sealing the bag or container containing the plant or plant-derived matter and the device.
MOISTURE CONTROL DEVICES
The present disclosure relates to a humidity control device having a capsule and a humidity control agent arranged within the capsule. The capsule may have a sidewall arranged between a pair of end portions, and at least one end portion may be an endcap coupled to the sidewall. Further, the capsule may have at least one vapor permeable and liquid impermeable surface. The humidity control device may be configured to control relative humidity within an enclosure to a particular level or to within a particular range. The humidity device may be sized and configured to control humidity within a relatively small and/or uniquely shaped enclosure, such as a container for a single cigar or rolled cannabis product, for example.
HUMIDIFICATION APPARATUS
The present invention is a humidification apparatus including a water reservoir for accommodating water; a housing and a coupler, wherein the housing includes sensors for detecting humidity and temperature in surrounding environment, a transducer for generating high frequency oscillation to atomize water in contact therewith, and a control circuitry for activating the transducer to generate high frequency oscillation; and the coupler has two ends removably coupled to the water reservoir and the housing, respectively, and includes a vertical passage, at least one horizontal passage intersected therewith and a wicking element inserted in the vertical passage with its lower end receiving water from the water reservoir through the horizontal passage, top end of the vertical passage communicates with the surrounding environment through an outlet of the housing; such that wicking element is able to continuously absorb water and let top end thereof always be moistened while in contact with the transducer.

(2) interiorly insertable into the smoking article (60) received in the receptacle (4) and operably connected to the reservoir (62); means (3) for moving the treatment material (9) from the reservoir (62) through the needle (2) into the interior of the smoking article (60); and at least one sensor means (15) provided in the receptacle (4) for detecting at least one parameter characterizing a property of the smoking article (60) and/or characterizing the treatment conditions in the receptacle (4). A method for applying a treatment to a smoking article (60), wherein the smoking article (60) is enclosed by a receptacle (4), and a treatment material (8,9) is inserted into the receptacle (4) and directly into the interior of the smoking article (60) as a function of parameters measured by sensor means (1), said parameters being indicative of at least one of the temperature and the humidity in the receptacle (4) and the smoking article (60).
