SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR TONE TO TOKEN TELECOMMUNICATIONS PLATFORM
Methods and systems are disclosed for enabling the generation of a token corresponding to a tone generated by a telephony system, comprising receiving one or more dual tone multi-frequency (DTMF) tones generated by a telephony system, generating a token based on the one or more DTMF tones; and transmitting the generated token to a merchant system.

Time-based nano-transaction system for reducing unsolicited communications
A telecommunications system for selectively connecting originator nodes to recipient nodes includes an account database with one or more accounts each associated with corresponding ones of the originator nodes and the recipient nodes. There is a contacts database with recipient contact lists each associated with a specific one of the accounts of the recipient nodes. A transaction processor is receptive to an incoming telecommunications initiation request, which includes a recipient node identifier and a nano-transaction payment submission defined at least by a payment amount. The transaction processor responsively directs the establishment of the telecommunications link between the one of the originator nodes and the one of the recipient nodes upon receipt of the telecommunications initiation request. The nano-transaction payment submission is settled based at least in part upon an active duration of the telecommunications link.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CUSTOMIZATION OF AN EYEWEAR
A system and method for customization of an eyewear is disclosed. The system includes a face scanning subsystem configured to scan a face of a user to capture one or more predefined details, an eyewear display subsystem configured to display one or more collections of the one or more components, an eyewear customization subsystem configured to receive a selection input representative of one or more components selected from the one or more collections, a first level eyewear customization subsystem configured to receive one or more customization input representative of one or more customization parameters, an eyewear assembling subsystem configured to assemble the eyewear associated with the user, a testing subsystem configured to test in real time, one or more customized eyewear, a second level eyewear frame eyewear customization subsystem configured to customize the one or more customization parameters in real time.
MONEY TRANSFER IN A FORUM USING A PAYMENT PROXY
In some examples, a system generates an identifier for association with a user financial account. The identifier may have a syntax including a currency indicator and a string including one or more characters concatenated together such that the currency indicator appears immediately before the string. The system generates a user-defined identifier and maps, in a database, the user-defined identifier to the user financial account. The system receives a message indicating an intent to transfer funds from a sending user to a receiving user. The message may include the user-defined identifier in lieu of account information of the user financial account, to identify the user as the receiving user. The system parses the message to identify the user-defined identifier and accesses the account information of the user financial account using the identifier. The system initiates a transfer of funds from the sending user account to the user financial account.
METHOD, SYSTEM AND COMPUTER READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM FOR HANDLING AUTOMATIC-PAYMENT AND NON-PAYMENT
A method performed on a system to handle automatic payment and non-payment is described. The method may include receiving, from a user using a service associated with the system, a first input indicating an absence of a payment means; in response to the reception of the first input, displaying collection clauses on a display of the system; receiving, from the user, a second input indicating an agreement for the collection clauses; generating, in response to the reception of the second input, a first verification code to display, on the display, the generated first verification code together with a guide for inputting a phone number; receiving, from the user, the phone number; making a call using the received phone number; receiving a second verification code through the call; determining that the first verification code and the second verification code are matched; and in response to the determining, transmitting information for payment using the phone number.
Automatic recharging of data quota for successful completion of transaction
A method, computing system, and computer program product are provided. A processor of a computer system estimates an amount of bandwidth to be used to complete a transaction based on a usage history. Responsive to determining that the amount of the estimated bandwidth to be used exceeds a predefined threshold of an amount of available bandwidth and to determining that an account has any offers for additional bandwidth at no additional cost, the amount of available bandwidth is automatically recharged using at least some of the any offers until either the any offers are exhausted or the estimated amount of the bandwidth to be used would be less than the predefined threshold. When the estimated amount of the bandwidth to be used continues to exceed the predefined threshold, the bandwidth is automatically recharged using an advanced amount of bandwidth to increase a likelihood that the transaction will complete successfully.
Smart data cable for point of sale systems
Various embodiments are described herein that relate to network-connected data cables (i.e., “smart” data cables) that are connected to a merchant's point of sale system and a receipt printer. When a transaction is initiated at the point of sale system, transaction data is created by the point of sale system and passed to the smart data cable for transmission downstream to the receipt printer. The smart data cable can parse the transaction data, copy certain elements from the transaction data, and transmit the copied elements to a cloud-based platform that processes the transaction. For example, the cloud-based platform may compare the copied elements to information supplied by the customer through a messaging application executing on the customer's user device. The information may be provided by the customer to a chat bot that is supported by the cloud-based platform.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR IMPLEMENTING TELEPHONE PAYMENTS
There is provided a method of implementing a payment in relation to a telephone call between a customer and a merchant/service provider, the telephone call consisting of signalling and media components. The method comprises, when establishing the telephone call, routing the signalling component to the merchant/service provider via a payment service system and routing the media component directly to the merchant/service provider. The method further comprises, at a communication management system of the merchant/service provider, sending an indication that the customer is required to make a payment to the payment service system and, at the payment service system, upon receipt of the indication, using the signalling component to implement a redirection of the media component via the payment service system, extracting payment details of the customer from the redirected media component, and providing the payment details to a payment processing system to action the payment.
Peer-to-peer VoIP
A Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) system is configured for direct communications between remote computing devices in a peer-to-peer configuration. Voice data from the communication is marked such that the voice data from the different endpoints can be combined into a unified audio stream. An authentication may be accomplished automatically prior to text or audio communication between a customer and a service agent. In some embodiments, authentication is accomplished automatically by authentication of the remote access device or accomplished by asking the customer questions. A single authentication of the remote access device may be used to authenticate a service request transferred between service agents. The authentication of the remote device may include, for example, use of a personal identification number, a fingerprint, a photograph, and/or a hardware identifier.
